Excelente opção em Orlando, extremamente bem localizado e muito limpo. O café da manhã infelizmente é absolutamente igual todos os dias, mas é muito bom, além de ser uma mão na roda, economizando tempo que seria gasto indo até uma lanchonete fora. Disponibiliza ônibus gratuito de ida e de volta para os parques da Universal, mas com um pouco de boa vontade da até para ir a pé. No próprio bloco do hotel tem uma Walgreens, o que é sempre uma mão na roda, além de ficar há apenas 5 minutos de carro do Mall At Millenia e do Premium Outlet da International Drive. Um agradecimento especial à Giulia (que é Brasileira e portanto fala português) e ao Lawrence, que nos atenderam de maneira espetacular.

Hotel simples, mas aconchegante. Recomendo evitar os horários de pico no refeitório para tomar o café da manhão espaço não é muito grande e dependendo do horário que vc vai não consegue lugar para sentar. A maioria dos funcionários na recepção é muito solícita e atenciosa. Voltaria a me hospedar. Só tem que tomar cuidado na hora de pegar um Uber ou usar o GPS pois existem vários hotéis com esse nome Fairfield e às vezes fazem confusão.

Pros- We had a pleasant stay here. Housekeeping is in service and was very good. Front desk very nice. Continental breakfast and staff running it very good at their job. Clean areas, lots of room, things refilled quickly. Great location close to Universal Studios. Burger King right next door with good hours and many stores close by. Coffee always left out and maintained. Cons- No microwave in rooms and limited places to set things at the bathroom sink. Hot tub closed and pool water colder than preferred. Not sure if heated at all it is an outdoor pool. Parking a bit tight and not as safe as I preferred on the side of the building close to the road due to proximity of other hotels and their guests hanging outside well past midnight. But we did not have issues with our vehicles. Elevator certification way past certification date in both elevators and they were a bit smaller and slow when mentioned to staff they didn't seem concerned about getting it corrected. Mostly took the stairs. Shuttle hours are not good and don't offer mid day or closing park time hours when we traveled in Mid-April. Don't know the hours during other times. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is great and there is a free shuttle. Great free breakfast. Elevators were filthy with loose dirty carpet. Pool fence and gate had black mold. Jacuzzi was in bad shape and closed. My room 610 smelled like sweat. Black rust/mold on shower metal shelves. Showerhead was filthy and had to clean it before using it. Mirror had streaks like it was wiped with a dirty rag. There is a coffee maker but no coffee. No little toiletries like other hotels leave in the bathroom. The worst issue was that the air conditioner made an intermittent rattling/grinding noise, which is incredibly nerve-wracking and makes it difficult to sleep. There was a “thank you for being Ambassador Elite status” fancy printed card in the room, but feels like money would be better spent on more hotel cleaning. Same issues in my friends room 405. Complained to Marriott through their app and never heard backDo not recommend staying here and will never be back.

I should say that this has been my most unpleasant hotel experience.1. Beware, Daily room cleaning should be an explicit ask by the guest. You will not even be informed during checkin.2. Despite explicitly asking, our room was not cleaned for 3 of 4 days. Even trash was not removed, toilet papers refilled, towels replaced.3. By 8:30 am, they were out of bread, milk, yoplait, waffles & even bananas. We don’t eat bacon and turkey. Hence, we hardly had any breakfast.This is far from an experience expected out of a Marriott chain of hotels. I feel utterly disappointed and overcharged for the experience and service provided.

Buena experiencia y relación calidad precio. Las habitaciones limpias y el hotel tiene buen mantenimiento. El desayuno complementario es básico pero surtido con platos calientes y frutas,lo mejor es queda a 15 minutos a pie de universal.

I should’ve read the reviews before choosing this hotel. The lobby was nice, the breakfast was good. But then you open the door to your room, and it has a moldy smell that smells like sweaty feet. The room was in major need of new carpet, new ac/heat, new curtains as those were dirty, and new wallpaper in the bathroom as it had black mildew on it. Will definitely find a different hotel next time we’re in the area.

Decent, budget hotel. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were old but worked. Only complaint was no heated pool and the jacuzzi wasn't filled. Good place for a quick stay just to sleep.

I don’t think this place is managed particularly well. The older woman we encountered at the front desk was confusing and talked in circles. We had requested a late checkout via the app and it mysteriously disappeared after she told us they were at capacity and we needed to call multiple times in order to make sure we had a late checkout available (???). Thankfully the manager was polite and we spoke to her later and she got it fixed for us but I still had to confirm via the app to like…. Quadruple check I guess?Breakfast was good.The room was a good size but I’m glad we booked it on points and didn’t pay for it outright - it smelled NASTY. Wet and musty.The TVs had multiple streaming platforms which was nice!The shuttle to Universal was convenient and free BUT confusing as heck - mostly due to the first woman at the desk also being confusing. Here’s a run down for anyone wondering since the signs are outdated and it’s impossible to figure out online and on your own: On days when there isn’t someone at the travel desk, you can just get on the bus? (Our Wednesday). But then on days when there IS someone at the travel desk (Thursday), you have to reserve a spot. The signage was poor and we almost missed the bus because of this. Thankfully the woman working at the travel desk was quick and helpful.Overall not the worst hotel by any means but definitely not a four or five star worthy place. The smell alone in the rooms knocked off a star. Weird staff and outdated signage/instructions knocked the other one off.

The people here are friendly, it’s an easy 20 minute walk to Universal, and the room has a good layout. Those are really the only good things. It smells funny, we had random hairs around the room, and there’s only one ice machine in the entire hotel. I asked for a foam pillow because I am allergic to feather and was told there are no extra pillows at all. I’ve never had this issue at a Marriott before (otherwise I would have brought my own.) Overall just not a very nice hotel. I suppose it would be ok to stay in for a night if pillows aren’t a problem for you. I wouldn’t stay here for a long trip, though.
