“Beautiful hotel! Centrally located to all things downtown Columbia, the Hilton Columbia is a perfect place to stay! Very clean, with beautiful furnishings in the lobby and very helpful staff. The room was very well appointed! There is only one thing I would point out, although it wasn't worth reducing the 5-star rating; for those like me who are allergic to perfume, bring your own toiletries. The Crabtree & Evelyn products are no doubt lovely, however, they are a very strong floral scent. Additionally, there are powerful scent atomizers in the lobby area. I do take medication to help offset my allergies, but still got to me a little bit.
Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone traveling through the Columbia area!”

“Got charged extra $60 for breakfast even though my reservation had it included. I even showed my reservation confirmation to the check in agent and she said she'd take care of it. I even requested the same during check out and again the agent said she'll make the adjustment. I still received final bill showing the extra $60. Breakfast bar had poor selection of items. Paid parking structure seem unsecure as people could just walk in from the street.”
