Primer consejo, cuando lleguen al aeropuerto, busquen la manera de pedir un Uber (el Uber vale más o menos de 10 a 13 dólares, mientras que los taxis del aeropuerto te pueden cobrar hasta 38 dólares) está ubicado en Bávaro, no cuenta con playa, pero si con transporte para llevarte todos los.dias a su otro hotel (Whala!Bávaro) que si cuenta con Playa, sin costó adicional, el otro hotel cuenta con mucha más variedad de restaurantes, bares y piscinas, el desayuno es tipo buffet (muy buena comida, pero muy limitado el menú, todos los días es el mismo) junto al hotel hay una pizzería (Junior pizza) super buena pizza y trabajadores super amables (alto que me pareció poco comun en República Dominicana) y un minimercado con lo necesario para algo que te pueda sacar de apuros

Hotel com uma ótima estrutura e custo razoável. Quartos enormes, com sala, cozinha e quarto com ótimo tamanho. Piscina agradável com snack bar, com muito bom atendimento. Não é um resort ALL inclusive, não está localizado em praia, mas sua localização em frente a principal rodovia de Punta Cana e arredores, lhe deixa próximo a tudo, se tiver de carro alugado. Ótimo custo/benefício, confortável e silencioso. Faço a ressalva ao banheiro que possui box sem porta, então molha a área de se enxugar, no banheiro. Um pequeno incômodo.

Really good place, so quiet, calming, best budget - quality place if you're okay with non all inclusive package. Food and beers are sold separately, and you can opt to eat outside / from outside if you want to. I would definitely recommend this place.

hotel bom padrão, porém a localização e horrível. você fica isolado. o serviço de táxi e muito caro (em torno de 30 dólares ida e volta até o centro da cidade, onde estão os restauranres). não há transporte público na área.

Se for uma viagem de poucos dias o Hotel é okay. O quarto tem mini bar e fogao, mas nao tem talheres nem panelas, nem nada....o que adianta? Área da piscina boa, wifi bom, estacionamento, e cafe da manha okay. Sucos realmente bem aguados!

Fiquei hospedado em março de 2018, eu e minha esposa fomos uns dos primeiros hóspedes desse hotel. Amamos ficar hospedados nele. O transporte público mais próximo é o ônibus Sitrabapu que passa na avenida de cima sempre de 15 em 15 minutos. Custa muito pouco, e te leva até a estação de ônibus de Bávaro onde saem ônibus para Santo Domingo e Higuey, e também te deixa na esquina da vilinha onde tem a praia de El Cortecito onde existem pessoas vendendo pacotes para ir até a Ilha Saona onde realmente vale muito a pena conferir.

the workers were very sexist, i got told to cover up in the pool when i had a 2 piece on, while some of the men were in their underwear. in the buffet i tried to serve my self because the workers were distracted and chatting with eachother and i got yelled at and called uneducated by a worker because i was supposed to wait for them to be finished with their conversation to eat. the water was salty even the water we were supposed to brush our teeth with. overall the worst hotel i’ve been to in my life wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Muy buen ambiente y relación calidad precio. Esta muy bien ubicado para personas que no busquen turismo de playa (la playa está retirada), y tienen desayuno bufet incluido.

El hotel luce como nuevo, es tranquilo, bonito, la habitación en la que estuve con vista a la piscina es enorme con cocina incluida, todo muy limpio y el desayuno excelente. No es muy grande quizás por eso todo en sentido general está muy bien. Muy recomendable.

Beautiful hotel! From the accommodations of the room to buffet breakfast to the gorgeous pool to the gracious, always smiling staff. My family and I are working on our Spanish and they were definitely patient with us. Rosa (only name I remember) was awesome and so hospitable; everyone deserves a raise if possible because they do so much for us as guests! They were all amazing and the property is well maintained.

Really nice hotel, excellent price and value. NOT near the beach. NOT able to walk to beach - road on map direct to beach is private, not for you. But ... Free shuttle 10 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, and 6 pm will drive you every where in local area. That and very good breakfast (eggs to order) ... Very very good deal. Quiet nights, awesome pools, bar and staff make for an awesome deal. Thanks for all !!

A little oasis in the suburbs. Large clean rooms with modern air-conditioning. Central pool in complex with bar. Not a great location for anything local, but fine as a quick stop for the airport. Breakfast was not American (mashed potatoes, chopped sausage in tomato sauce) but coffee and toast pretty good.

We traveled from Canada and stayed here for only one night. I have to say the staff there and front desk staff were fantastic. Extremely friendly, nice, and more than helpful. The actual hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was excellent, and had all the conveniences you would expect and more. Not far from the airport and all other amenities. My wife and I would highly recommend this hotel. If you check in and maybe you will meet Rosa at the front desk. She was wonderful. Thank you for a fantastic experience. Paul&Carol R.

Staff was great. Room was big and clean. Newly remodeled. Restaurant downstairs has good food. I ordered room service a few times and it was delivered on time and with a smile. Pool area was very nice also. There is also a small mall next door with a few restaurants.

Whala! Urban was a very nice surprise for me, I was looking for a safe place to stay in Punta Cana right before checking in a resort the next day.The night receptionist Saul was really friendly and welcoming, also gave us all information we needed.The hotel is very clean, they offer a very complete complimentary breakfast buffet with a lot of hot/cold options to choose from.The room is very clean, it includes a kitchenette, desk and dining table.The bathroom is very modern with rain shower and amenities.Overall our stay was amazing we had a room with pool view 204.
