“I was with a group of people with LifeWallet sports. We were in the hotel staying overnight before and after our trip to college station for the Miami versus Texas A&M game. The breakfast that morning was outstanding. The bed was comfortable. Everything was good to go in there. I would highly recommend it.”

“I go to Houston about once a month. This hotel was the hotel I stayed at each time I went to Houston for a year until recently.
The good:
Near the galleria (walking distance)
I personally like the breakfast.
Front desk staff have always been welcoming!
The bad:
Valet staff: They have all been kind respectful workers until the last time I stayed there. The man that worked the valet that night (March 27,2022) was extremely rude and was very disrespectful.
Rooms are out of date and need a renovation.
The last two times I stayed there the hot water didn’t work. The first time, I didn’t mind it and just told the staff when I checked out. They provided me Hilton points in return. The second time I switched rooms.
I would consider staying at this hotel again if the rooms were more updated and if I knew the warm water would be working.”
