Super confortável, equipe super atenciosa, delicioso café da manhã.

Atendimento excelente e localização muito boa. Fica a poucos metros do Trump Building e da Trinity Church onde diversas pessoas se abrigaram no 11 de setembro. Nestes dois pontos possuem saídas de metrô linhas J, Z, 2 e 3. Inclusive as linhas J e Z levam direto ao aeroporto JFK com conexão no Artrain.

Los trabajadores del desayuno son super amables hablan español todos y son super atentos. Quiero destacar a un trabajador que estaba limpiando la noche del 23 la zona del comedor de unos 50 años. Nunca vi un trabajador con tantas ganas simpático y amable con el tienen una joya. A mejorar únicamente que el desayuno fuera un poco más variado. Muchas gracias por todo

Do not stay at this hotel! I had stayed here for 5 weeks and I will never be going back. I had a Canada goose coat with me and it was stolen! I know for a fact it was as I remember the last time it had be worn and wasn’t worn since. I also had the fur taken off the hood and that was gone from my room too. When packing away my things to leave I had noticed so I informed reception. A few weeks prior to this I had some cash taken from my room that was on the side which I had informed the reception but when I spoke to house keeping management they said they didn’t know anything about it. When I checked into one of my new rooms it hasn’t been cleaned and still had the person who had stayed there before mess! Very unhappy and this has all been reported. Disgusted with this service. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Huid si podéis, las habitaciones nada tienen que ver con lo anunciado, si vais para una noche puede valer pero dos personas una semana... no repetiremos . Habitaciones pequeñas, antiguas,con recovecos infectos, no reponen ni jabón. Por la zona hay otras muchas opciones, es mejor pagar un poco más.

Room is very small for a twin share, bathroom is spacious, check in staff helpful, beds comfortable. Lifts are very slow to come to the level and often broken.Does the job but nothing more than that. Good if you just need a place to sleep.

Not a bad hotel. The rooms are kind of small, as are the lobby and hallways (but I'm sure that has to do with the location/building). My room was very moist, probably because it's near the water, so I had to turn the air super cold. The shower was nice, and the room seemed to be clean. The mini-fridge was missing, though. It was decent enough for the price.

My wife and I recently stayed there and we left our luggage with front desk on check out day because we were flying later that day. I DO NOT recommend leaving your luggage with them! We came back hours later to find my luggage and backpack sitting in the middle of the lobby with no one watching it. Someone could have very easily walked up and grabbed the luggage and rolled right out (we had super expensive items in there). I called front desk for room service and when we returned, nothing was done in our room accept new bath towels on our bed. Also be careful riding in their elevator because it broke a few times during my our stay. On the first night, a lady got stuck and no one could use the elevators for several hours after the fire department was there rescuing the lady. I had to climb up 9 flights of stairs (with stuff from the store) to get to my room. The elevator kept giving them trouble and the staff said because the elevators are old and had a hard time keeping up with traffic. Bottom line: it’s a decent place to stay for the area but do not leave your luggage with front desk. If you are afraid or have a fear of getting stuck in the elevator, DO NOT stay at this place.

Stayed four nights at this property in late July and it exceeded expectations. Smooth check-in, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Was expecting a tiny room based on other reviews, however the two-double room we received on the seventh floor was clean, bright and spacious (especially by NYC standards). Free breakfast was great, with plenty of options and staff worked hard to keep supplies stocked. Location-wise, staying in the Seaport district is a great alternative if you want to get away from the midtown hustle and bustle. It's a short walk up Fulton or John Street to multiple subway lines, and the area around the hotel makes for a great home base. Cannot recommend this property enough.

We stayed in a standard twin guest room. This room would be adequate for one person.The room is about 12x10 with no room to set luggage anywhere.Also, there is only one USB port, so bring a power strip. The staff is nice and the breakfast a good deal, but do consider a bigger room for larger parties. Rates true three stars.

Excellent for a mid budget hotel. Nothing luxurious but perfectly fine. A minority of their rooms have a city view - if you can get one I'd recommend it, otherwise you face a blank wall and the rooms can be a bit dark. Rooms are clean and not huge - I had a king bed room and there was very little room to walk around. But that was absolutely fine, and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. Service was excellent, very accommodating. The breakfasts were also great - big thanks to the helpful staff. I'd you like to be in midtown each day it can take a while to travel but the hotel's area is also vibrant, yet refreshing calmer than most of manhattan, with both very new eateries as well as a few relics of a romantically dingy past too. Recommended!

Great morning/afternoon staff! The night clerk was terrible, we asked for bottled water for the coffee pot and the clerk told us he didn't have any when there was a half a case behind him...he insisted we had to go buy water from the 7-11! Other than that, this place was stellar!!!! Beautiful rooms with a cool nautical theme, great location in the Seaport area. Very, very clean rooms. I can't say enough about this place!

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, en zona tranquila y segura, al lado del Seaport, cerca de Wall Street y el World Trade Center, con buenas conexiones de metro, y también ferry hacia Brooklyn.Aunque la mayoría de las habitaciones dan hacia el lateral y tienen vistas a un muro sin ventanas de otro edificio, a nosotros nos dieron la opción de alojarnos en una habitación de minusválidos, mucho más grande que la habitación normal, y con vistas hacia la calle del frente.El desayuno no es una maravilla, pero está bien para estar incluido, con bagels, huevos, zumos, yogures, cafés, muffins, gofres, y algo de fruta. En nuestro caso no notamos que se acabasen las cosas como habíamos visto en algún comentario, iban reponiendo.El espacio del desayuno es muy pequeño, pero tienes la opción de montarte tu bandeja y subirla a la habitación.La limpieza de la habitación la hacían todos los días. Me imagino que los problemas en el desayuno y la limpieza que habíamos visto en algún comentario eran por la situación COVID. Cuando estuvimos nosotros, todo parecía haber vuelto a la normalidad.Los ascensores son un poco escasos para la altura del edificio, y a la hora del desayuno hay que esperar bastante.En general estuvimos a gusto en el hotel y no nos importaría repetir estancia en una próxima visita.

Es un excelente hotel, el. Cuarto con todo lo necesario, muy cómodo y limpio. El desayuno incluido está muy bien, tienen fruta, cereal, lácteos, huevos bebidas calientes etc. Esta perfecto y el Servico del hotel es muy formal Lo recomiendo. La estación de metro está como a dos cuadras no tuvimos problema para movilizarnos desde allí, el. Sector seguro se puede caminar de noche sin problema.

La llegada un poco caótica, considerando q new York es un caos. Están construyendo nuevos edificios a los alrededores por eso el polvo y pareciera escondido el hotel, pero no Al entrar todo limpio ordenado, hay wifi, el chico super amable, la cafetería con olor a café super acojedor. Las habitaciones confortables. Tienen todo lo necesario para hospedarse y sentirse en casa me gustó. 5 estrellas.

Maravilloso la habitación tenía el tamaño perfecto para descansar, los elevadores eran rápidos jamás esperamos por ellos más de un minuto, el desayuno exquisito y el personal muy amable la ubicación excelente lo recomiendo mucho cumple perfecto la relación precio calidad del servicio

No breakfasts no tea!!! Horrible hotel. The first day we got regular hot breakfast (which was not the best one anyway) but yesterday and today dining area is closed. They gave us only small milk...
