“Really appreciate the place, it's 10 minutes walking to Newport Path or 5 minutes walking to Exchange Place Path, which takes less than 10 minutes to let you in World Trade Center station. The room is very cozy and has kitchen, so you can cook if you want (as I do). It's also very near of the sea pathway, where you can have an outstanding view of Manhattan.”

“The former Candlewood Suites was a solid choice. The rooms and hotel are a bit dated, but very clean. The beds were firm, the pillows were comfy, all amenities I tried using worked as they should. A few notes to be aware of... 1. It's pet friendly, don't be surprised if you hear a dog barking in the middle of the night 2. It's near the LightRail, so if you're in an odd number room, expect to hear it. Request even numbered rooms if you are a light sleeper. Good part is you can step out side and hop on the train. 3. Don't bother with the TV guide channel, it's wrong, the channels don't align with the guide. The staff at the front desk (I talked to 4 different agents) were all very friendly. I wouldn't mind this hotel in the future when I return to Jersey City.”
