Espaço recentemente renovado, mesmo em cima da praia. Várias piscinas e bares exteriores muito bem arranjados. Refeições com muita oferta e sem confusão qualquer que seja a hora. Muito bom para quem viaja com crianças.

Uma excelente experiência...adorei tudo desde a comida até às piscina...tive direito a espetacesp de flamengo e tudo ...5 estrelas...as melhores férias que tive...🔝🔝🔝👌👌👌

Hotel fabuloso dentro de lo esperado en la cadena Riu. Una semana muy agradable, en primera línea de playa. Habitaciones espaciosas con balcón. Comida excelente y variada. Personal amable y atento. Especial mención a Danilo y Marcos (restaurantes), ambos intentan agradar y complacer a los huéspedes, felicidades por tener un personal tan profesional. En cuanto a higiene nada que objetar, rigurosos y preocupados por guardar las distancias y mantener las normas (aunque no todos los clientes las quieran cumplir). Para repetir!

Poor quality alcohol used for drinks. I simply expect more from 4 stars hotel. At the moment 2 main restaurants are closed for 3 days, the same with majority of attractions and pools.

Fue una estancia maravillosa,. El trato del los camareros espectacular, y un chico k trabaja limpiando las piscinas majisimo, sin duda volveremosa la cadena Riuhotelestotalmente recomendable. Una pequeña pega la comida del bufé un poco repetitiva....pero x lo demásfantástico

Un hotel excelente, unas instalaciones impecables, seguridad anti-covid19 total, personalmuy amable con atención al cliente cien por cien. Habitaciones super grandes con mobiliario bastante moderno. Cercanía a la playa el cruzar un paso de cebra. Comida buffetmuy rica con sus dos restaurantes temáticos. Volvería seguro, muy recomendable.

Lo mejor del hotel...la ubicación, y la limpieza y seguridad en todo lo relativo al tema covid. Estuvimos en una habitación grande (30m2) con vista lateral al mar, en una sexta planta. Las vistas, inmejorables. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones, estupendas...con tres piscinas, con un bar en cada piscina, tres restaurantes con muy buena comida (dos de ellos temáticos). Y el todo incluido...no es absolutamente todo, pero sí las 24 horas, con lo que está genial. Es una pena que quedándonos dos días de vacaciones en el hotel, la sensación que te ofrecen es que ya se te han terminado. De los tres restaurantes, han cerrado dos. El día 14 de septiembre fue la última vez que abrieron. Y de todos los bares que hay en las piscinas, sólo queda uno abierto también, con lo que si estás en la piscina infantil y te apetece algo, tienes que cruzarte absolutamente todo el complejo para poder encontrarlo. Y lo peor es que no hay ningún tipo de información al respecto...con lo que la sorpresa que te encuentras es enorme. Todo incluido las 24 horas? Sí, hasta el día 14 de septiembre. Hoy casi nos quedamos sin comer a mediodía por confiarnos de que había un restaurante abierto en todo momento. Resulta que ahora cierra a las 15:30 horas el único que hay, y hasta las 16 horas no empiezan a servir la merienda. La impresión final está cambiando por completo. 😔

Las instalaciones y las habitaciones son buenas y bonitas. No obstante, la comida deja mucho que desear. Es de muy baja calidad y no solo eso, sino que los postres son prefabricados e insípidos. El único restaurante que medio se salva es el italiano. Los cócteles son de "garrafón". Te lo servían en un botella de plástico sin saber lo que verdaderamente tenía.Respecto al personal, quiero destacar que el personal de limpieza, restauración y animación eran un encanto, así como también los socorristas que te daban las toallas. No obstante, el personal de recepción era muy desagradable, además de unos mentirosos. Preguntábamos dudas y cada uno nos daba una versión diferente. De hecho, marcaron clientes de primera y segunda, ya que regalaron bolsas y hubo clientes que no las recibieron. Cuando preguntamos, primero nos dijeron que eran de otros años que ya no se daban obsequios en las habitaciones y luego otro nos dijo que sí había obsequios yera por tener la Riu class. Es más, trató de comernos el coco para que nos sacáramos una tarjeta de crédito.Por otro lado, pedimos late checkout (pagándolo por supuesto) y nos dijeron que teníamos que abandonar las instalaciones a las 11, pues también pedimos que nos dejaran estar en la piscina y/o playa sin usar el buffet y nos dijeron que no. Por tanto, la cortesía del personal es prácticamente nula.Hemos ido a un montón de hoteles y nunca hemos tenido estos problemas. No sé si volveremos , pero desde luego hay muy buenos hoteles en la costa del sol para aguantar estas cosas.

Quería un lugar q reuniera todos los requisitos para este verano raro de Covid. Y este Hotel lo tiene TODO. En frente del MAR, 3piscinas,zonas ajardinadas q te recuerdan al Caribe. Animación diurna y nocturna, 3restaurantes con muyyyy buena comida en sus buffets. 6bares para divertirse con el TI. LO HE PASADO REALMENTE GENIAL. Con todas las medidas Covid, toma de temperatura diariamente. Totalmente recomendable para este verano complicado y para los futuros!!!!

Riu Costa del sol visited this hotel in March 2020 just 2 days before lockdown was announced in Spain. Hotel food and staff were great would recommend we are going again in the future

Loved the hotel food excellent.. Breakfast varied.. Heated pool one of them. Room had an ant problem but maid soughted it eventually coming under bathroom tiles that was only down side. Had room overlooking heated pool.

Hi guys. I've got a holiday booked hear for 6th may 2020. For 2 adults 1 infant. Has anyone got any good pics of hotel and / or rooms , pools, bars surrounding area. Lots of self service drinks stations, so no need to wait at the bar for beer soft drinks or wine. Good variety of food. Lovely rooms. Great reception staff.

Brilliant hotel just missed having the chance to make my own cuppa in the room. Lovely hotel and great facilities, friendly staff and excellent entertainment team, well done with all the shows. I would come again and maybe bring my own kettle lol xxxxx

Stayed here October for one week, very nice hotel but didn't like the surrounding streets. Not very nice bars, better on the promenade. Food ok but got better as week went on. Had to say to the manager food needed to be hotter. Not a lot of choice for Gluten Free staff very pleasant . Not sure I would use this hotel again.

My wife and I were staying at the hotel for our honeymoon. The hotel was very up to date. We enjoyed the food. Plenty to choose from each meal and was so nice. The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly. We loved that there was 3 pools to choose from. The front pool by the beach was massive. Plenty of sun beds at each pool so had no worries there. My wife and I will definitely be back again.

My partner and I arrived 9 days ago, we have sadly to go home tomorrow. We booked with TUI and have been looked after by them very well throughout our stay.We have been on daily tours and activities, enjoying all of them, especially the Majorca trip. It meant missing a few lunch times, but they were worth it.The hotel building and staff have been wonderful, from the moment we arrived. We can't fault the cleaning staff, our room was kept spotless. The entertainment staff worked so hard to keep everyone happy and the shows are worth watching. Food was of an excellent quality with a massive array of choice. The Italian restaurant was outstanding, we went their twice.We will be visiting again at some point.
