“The Hyatt Regency Westlake is nice. The self parking is free, they have clean modern rooms, and efficient staff. The best feature in my mind though was the Bar. The bartender was on top of things. Plus this is a popular place for locals and visitors to mix and chat. Everyone is so friendly. You get a good feel for the area. The food menu is limited but gets the job done. Food service when I visited was only available at breakfast and dinner. Plus, they are offering room service. For lunch I walked to Brent's which takes about 3 minutes to walk to.”

“The hotel room sound proof can certainly be improved.
Our neighbor had their TV on so loud that our wall was shaking at 2am. Eddie at the night shift front desk was helpful. The next morning the two front desk staffs went out of their way to help us quickly move our room. 10/10 for their service!”
