Nothing at all. I found the hotel near to the web but its not. Though they have shuttle to the haram. Please check whether you will be provided breakfast with your booking. I found while checking and which I didn't like.

The courtesy of the staff impressed me. Breakfast in the morning was very satisfying indeed. It needs better signage to make it easier to locate, especially to those walking in its direction from the Haram.

I already send experience. Lot of things Old rough and dirty furniture. Whole the room was full of dust. Mattress was old and damaged. Electic catle was not cleaned. Washroom was not full fill the requirements. Bath tub was not on right height. Staff behaviour was annoying.

It was close to the Masjid and the shuttle service was excellent. I enjoyed my stay there it was comfortable minus the bathrooms. The staff and location was very good. Everyone was very cooperative especially one of the staff members Mohammad Yasir. I was only annoyed I had to ask them multiple times to clean my room before they would actually do it. The bathrooms were kind of dirty the floors were sticky and dirty. Other than that the hotel was fine.

The room we stayed was bad, had leaky toilet and a section of window had no curtain. The toilet was also very small and the seat was arranged in a funny way, very hard to use. Relatively cheap. The receptionist was very rude and was treating guests very roughly.
