Great place with nice and clean rooms. Especially the Level Executive Lounge is a great place professional managed by the two angles Ira and Nabila. Sadly the front desk at reception is not quite as professional as the Level. And don't expect to much from the pool. It's quite loud and cold. But if you have a room at the level with access to the Executive Lounge, it's shurely the best deal of town.

Wonderful attention from all staff, located walking distance from malls and port promenade. P.R. hotel manager is a wonderful and helpful person who even remembers customer’s names. Rooms are great and confortable, nice bathroom. Great breakfast buffet, good room service. Waiting times at the lifts can be long as only 2 lifts for a tall tower. Only bad thing is their laundry services. Anything can happen. Mine has been shrunk, burned and deformed. Nothing is perfect, I guess :)
