Hotel da baixa ao lado do mercado. Na recepção, o tratamento é muito correto e agradável. O quarto confortável e muito tranquilo, com tudo que você precisa no banheiro. O buffet de café da manhã me surpreendeu, muito variado, com frutas preparadas variedade de pão e tudo muito bem apresentado, um nível que muitos hotéis de quatro estrelas não têm. Em suma, altamente recomendado pela situação e valor para o dinheiro.

Hotel em uma ótima localização. Nosso quarto era muito simples e confortável. A localização é excelente, bem no centro da cidade para passear, e perto de transportes públicos para sair da cidade. Nossa fórmula incluía um buffet de café da manhã, onde todos os gostos são satisfeitos. Eu também achei todos extremamente útil na recepção, tanto para conselhos gerais e indicações para se locomover. Eu voltaria lá mais do que de bom grado!

Hotel bem localizado. Prático para o centro de Alicante. Quartos espaçosos, banheiro grande também. No meu caso, as janelas duplas não foram limpas por algum tempo. A equipe muito boa. No fim de semana, melhores salas interiores para descansar.

Agora eu tenho sido aqui metade da minha estadia no hotel, a equipe é muito simpática e educada, sempre disposta a ajudar, não importa o quê. Nice quartos, tamanhos padrão com ar condicionado. Muito nice hotel em ótima localização, a uma curta caminhada da praia e do centro da cidade. Café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de escolha. Eu liguei para o serviço de quarto para obter um café fora do horário de café da manhã e não era possível ter um, fui aconselhado a usar o dispensador automático no andar de baixo. Eles não fornecem toalhas de praia. No geral, uma experiência positiva, gostaria de voltar a este hotel.

Todo correcto:la habitación aunque no era grande si estaba limpia y al dar a un patio interior estaba bien insonorizada,la cama cómoda,el servicio de recepción atento y correcto en todo momento. Por poner una pega tuvimos que desenchufar la nevera del minibar porque hacía ruido. Repetiriamos la estancia sin dudarlo. Totalmente recomendable.

Un lugar explendido grandes vistas buen servicio... un trato amigable por parte de los trabajadores... un gran acierto con el estilo de las habitaciones, limpieza impecable realmente me encantó el lugar, ideal para estar casi en el centro del ocio en Alicante, y realmente a 5 mnts a pie de las magníficas playas y puerto. .. 100% X 100% recomendable ya sea para ir solo en pareja, y hasta en familia ya que disponen de habitaciones acondicionadas para tal fin.

Habitación amplia con baño también amplio y limpio. Desayuno correcto y variado. Papel pintado de las habitaciones despegado y roto. Las ventanas no cierran correctamente. Faltan enchufes de fácil acceso para las mesitas de noche y el escritorio. Nevera ruidosa.

Hotel básico-básico de la cadena NH en pleno centro de Alicante. Habitaciones limpias, antiguas, muy antiguas, con mobiliario básico pero suficiente. Rozaduras en la pintura, rayaduras en los sanitarios, TV antiguas de plasma... No tiene cafetería-restaurante (a excepción de desayunos). Desayuno digno, café malo-malísimo. No tiene parking lo que es una incomodidad porque tienes que ir a un parking público cercano que es una guarrería de sucio y de humos. La red WiFi funcionaba bastante bien. Lo mejor del hotel es la simpatía y la educación de su personal, pero el hotel necesita urgentemente obras de reforma para adecuarlo a los tiempos que vivimos.

Very nice hotel in great location, walking distance from the beach and from city center. Breakfast could have a bit more choice. I called room service to get a coffee outside breakfast opening times and it was not possible to have one, I was advised to use the automatic dispenser downstairs. They do not provide beach towels. Overall a positive experience, I would go back to this hotel.

Me encantó por muchos motivos. La ubicación,en mi opinión es idónea,el trato de todo su personal es inmejorable,la insonorización de sus habitaciones, tanto del exterior ( con doble ventana ) ,como del interior ( doble puerta que aísla de los ruidos del pasillo ) ,y también buen aislamiento de las habitaciones contiguas. Habitaciones suficiente amplias en mi opinión,baño también amplio,y limpieza excelente. Relación calidades precio aceptable Lo aconsejo sin dudarlo

Hotel bien ubicado. Práctico para el centro de Alicante. Habitaciones amplias, el baño grande también. En mi caso las ventanas dobles llevaban tiempo sin limpiarse. El personal muy agradable. En fin de semana mejor habitaciones interiores para poder descansar.

Very central location. Excellent staff . Comfortable beds and pillows. Kettle for a deposit was very useful. Constant hot water from showers which had good pressure.

The positive aspects of the hotel (the only reasons I did not give a 1 star rating) are...the staff is helpful, friendly, and tried their best for us, and the hotel is in an excellent location, so it was very easy for us to get around and find transportion. The negative aspects of the hotel (the MANY reasons I did not give higher than a two star) are... 1. The room was TINY! 2. The room was in dire need of refurbishing (as was the entire hotel). 3. The wall paper was peeling off the walls, there were weird stains on the walls. 4. We could tell the ceiling in the bathroom recently had a leak and the bathroom was tiny and needed updating as well. 5. There was not a coffee/tea station (which is usually found in every hotel anymore) and we would have to rent one for 15,00 euros a day or pay 3,00 euros for a very tiny cup of coffee which came in a cup for water. 6. There was not an iron or ironing board which is also found in every other hotel as a standard item. I did get one when I requested it, however the reception desk actually called and asked for it back! 7. The breakfast buffet, which we paid extra for as a bed and breakfast combination was nice, but not outstanding or worth the price we paid for it. All this being said, I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that had cost a good deal less per night than this hotel. It is obvious the NH company does not put money into this hotel, and that is just sad. If the NH Company would bite the bullet, rennovate the entire hotel and add the little things like a coffee station and an ironing board, they would be able to easily classify themselves as a 5 star hotel. As it stands, we are irritated that we paid a 4 star price for a hotel that is actually a 1 star standard. We will not be coming back.

Great location hotel tired and Breakfast over priced

Location was good, breakfast excellent and the cleaning women did a good job. However, I don't understand, why we, a senior couple, were given maybe the noisiest room on 2nd floor, where noise from the night club was annoying until 4am. Sound insulation was weak against traffic noise as well. Therefore I won't come back.

El hotel está muy bien situado,ven el centro de Alicante, a dos pasos del barrio antiguo, de la zona comercial y del puerto. Tiene mucho ambiente en los alrededores y con muchos restaurantes y bares en los que disfrutar. El desayuno también es excelente. El problema es que pese a la reforma que han hecho queda un poco antiguo, carece de párking en la puerta para descargar o parar y las habitaciones las hay muy buenas y algunas que dejan que desear

For a 3 star hotel this was more or less exactly what I was expecting. The check-in was quick and efficient and we took advantage of the late Sunday checkout. This really is nice because you done have to worry about packing and getting out after a late night. Having said that we got a call at 12:30 to say we should be out as they didn't check we had the late checkout option. Mistakes happen but this is why we didn't give a 5.The location of the hotel is ideal for what we wanted. Close to the train station and close to the theatre and nightlife. In fact we stay down the road normally so this was our first time at this particular hotel but knowing the area well we were very happy with the hotels position. We had a nice room on the 7th floor and the room was clean and comfortable.All in all we will return and that's the main thing.

Lovely hotel, approximately 5 min from the beach and in the city's historical and vital centre. Staff is extremely polite and welcoming, along with the rooms that, although quite plain, are definitely comfortable.

Clean and nice hotel in the city center. Close to Central Market and to the main attractions of Alicante. Free of charge parking is hard to find nearby (like in all center of Alicante). Breakfast is nothing special, but you'll find everything typical you will need.

El hotel está muy céntrico y con conectividad muy buena. El aparcamiento por la zona es muy difícil. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Tuve que coger una habitación interior porque las exteriores que quedaban eran para fumadores. El desayuno muy abundante y de calidad. El trato de los trabajadores fue correcto.

Hice la reserva dos meses antes y solicité una cuna, a lo que me dijeron que no tenían. Deberían tener más. La cama de matrimonio muy pequeña para un. 4 estrellas. El desayuno carísimo, 12€ persona y día es una burrada. Puntos positivos... La ubicación y el personal.
