“Overall, a pretty average experience.
The staff that checked us in was lovely, very good at her job and no problems with any staff there - that’s a great thing.
We did however have a few issues whilst in the room. There was a poor amount of lighting for the room and minimal points to plug in cables. The room was serviced on our last day out of the five we were there after being told it would be serviced every second day. During that service we only had the towels and bed sheets changed but the bins weren’t emptied and toiletries weren’t replenished which was fine as we bought our own but for people that hadn’t it could be an issue.
There was also two occasions where we ordered room service - food was great however when we contacted room service to collect the trays (as instructed by the card left with the meals), the first time we couldn’t get through to the room service line after three attempts resulting in the trays being left until the next morning and us having to tell reception instead. The second occasion we got through to room service and was told that they would be removed but we’re still outside until at least after 12pm the following day.
Just a special mention to the lovely staff member at the breakfast buffet though, didn’t grab her name but she was there every morning at the front desk and she was absolutely on the ball and great at her job!”
