“I feel like this is the wrong place the minute I waited for check in and I confirm I totally hate this hotel the next day.
I come here thought it was close to the station but ended up walking forever with heavy luggage. Exhausted in the hotel with heavy bags no one helped. It took such a long time to wait for check-in. Full of staff but unproductive and slow.
I chose this hotel because of the gym. HOWEVER, due to some covid policy they claimed reservation is needed and only ONE person or ONE family can use the fitness center at ONE time. All the time I required were NOT available.
The HOUSEKEEPING is slow! They only run 10am-2pm and I left the room with cleaning light on since 6am. Went back at 11ish and the room isn't cleaned. So I settled in a bit and knocked my door and asked for clean up. (While the do not disturb light is on!!!!!)
In short, if you stay here. Make sure you know you as a customer, you do not own the right for standard hotel service as your wish. you need to compromise and with the hotel schedule and agenda.
Not to mention, staff cannot communicate well in English.

“The best views in all of Osaka. Located on top of Osaka's tallest skyscraper, the new Miyako Marriott is a delight no matter which room you are in.
The reception of the hotel is on the 19th floor. And rooms only start upwards of floor 38.
Check in is friendly but bureaucratic. One is handed multiple forms and coupons. In Japan, they give you coupons that can be redeemed for breakfast. The first time we have seen something like it.
Our rooms were large and clean. And that view was just phenomenal.
The Club Lounge is large and has a wide selection of drinks. A good variety of Food is served for 2 hours every evening. A very generous display at their Cocktail hours. The staff was very nice at the Club Lounge.
The location of the hotel at Tennoji is very convenient for getting around the area. There is a direct connection to Kyoto, Nara and even Kansai airport.
Our favourite hotel in Japan, primarily for its views.”
