“I love this place the beds are comfortable and clean but however let me tell you what they don’t want you to see the hot tubs haven’t been cleaning properly for years . They do not clean their filters I have three towels full of bacteria from filling the tub and letting the towel filter the dirt the water is disgusting. They don’t scrub they wipe and spray if that ! . I wish I could post my pictures of the rotten towels they have to remove”

“i booked the smoking room with the hot tub for 2 nights and while the room was clean, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed i’ve ever slept in and left me and my partner very sore. When i called the front desk after the first night to let them know and try to switch rooms it was clear she didn’t care. She didn’t try to accommodate us and claimed “all the beds are the same”. the bed was very squeaky and very worn out in the center to the point that i could feel the springs . none of the other reviews complain about a bad bed so maybe it was just that room, i’m not sure. Either way, it made the experience very underwhelming to say the least.”
