“Rooms: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Wellness/Spa: 4/5 The steam sauna had a concerning (moldy) smell. Overall great Spa/Wellness which might need some overhaul quite soon. Dinner: 4/5 Dinner Menu was overall good, but not exceptional. Breakfast: 4/5 The breakfast is generally very good with an impressive selection of choices. Unfortunately, some items did not match the quality of others. Local produce honey, smoked salmon --> awesome. Nürnberger sausages seemed to be a low quality pick. I'd rather prefer a smaller selection with consistent high-quality.”

“The hotel wants to be a wellness hotel. The wellness treatments can be booked in advance. Even if they are very expensive compared to other hotels in the area. However, the treatments will be canceled upon arrival. Because supposedly there is no capacity. When asked at the reception, different statements are made. Also in the aftermath there is no concession. no apologies, nothing. At the standard they want to represent, that's not acceptable. On Friday evenings, heavily intoxicated non-guests meet there and bully around. You just don't have a good feeling.”
