La ducha no cerraba bien y se salía con facilidad el agua, los aminities bastantes escasos y sin lugar a dudas lo más deficiente es el control del aire. El hotel cuenta con una temperatura media y en verano es imposible ponerle unos grados más altos a la habitación. Intentamos subsanarlo y en su defecto nos proporcionaron un calefactor eléctrico (curioso para un hotel 5 estrellas). Fantástico hotel com uma vista única. Você não quer mais sair da janela. Excelente equipe! Absolutamente sobre deficiências e desejos recebidos. Você pode tratar-se de algo único com este hotel. Adequado para deficientes visuais e cegos. Para cadeirantes também. Muito obrigado. Eu tenho que aproveitar em setembro.

I’m very chocked with the level of service and the way they handle issues. We found 3 of these bugs in the room we asked to change the room, the response was that no other room available, then we’ve been told that they will get someone to fix it but no one came this is the second day .. shampoo, conditioner and shower gel empty for 2 days we asked to refill but guess what! no one care. That’s really chocking!!

Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Tivemos um pequeno problema técnico com o aquecimento (não é culpa do hotel) e imediatamente nos ofereceram outro quarto para dormir. O técnico estava lá no dia seguinte e rapidamente resolveu o problema. Os quartos com vista para a cidade são realmente fantásticos. Este é um momento encantador, especialmente ao adormecer. O café da manhã é muito rico e o serviço funciona muito bem aqui também. Obrigado novamente por participar do nosso City Run, foi realmente ótimo. Uma dica carinhosa: a comunicação interna de campanhas como a nossa deveria ser um pouco melhorada. (Mas há coisas piores.) Com certeza recomendamos o hotel.

I stayed in the premium room with sea view and it was amazing. The view is the sole reason to stay at this hotel but the size of the room along with the quality of the bed and design of the bathroom are all great.
You can find a nice bar/restaurant at 8th floor. I liked the atmosphere here. They have very interesting cocktails.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Especially if you’re coming to Elbphilharmonie to watch a concert, you should stay here.
Breakfast is very rich. Indoor pool is not so big but ok. Parking costs 35€ per day.

Great hotel, perfectly designed building, excellent location, magnificent view, marvelous service! It’s nice to visit the small but rather well-equipped gym, the swimming pool and the great sauna and spa area. The bar is also great with fantastic view.

It was awesome. The rooms have a full wall window plus the bathroom has a window so you can take a bath with an amazing view... as well as a poo with a view!

Realmente um ótimo hotel. Você tem uma bela vista sobre Hamburgo e a água. A vista é simplesmente linda. E os quartos são ótimos também. A comida é muito boa, só posso recomendar, mas você precisa de uma carteira grande. 😄👍

Having stayed in multiple 5 star hotels in Hamburg , i have to say that this hotel is the best, especially due to:
- nice rooms with great views
- club lounge
- breakfast with high quality ingredients
- very friendly people at checkin
- iconic location
I had a corner suite at the one of the top floors, with club access and breakfast. Late checkout was possible too.

Simplesmente incrível. Reservamos um pernoite e apreciamos a excelente vista. Certamente existem opções mais baratas para se hospedar em Hamburgo, mas as instalações e o ambiente valem a pena. É ideal como um presente para o seu parceiro.Há uma desvantagem para os fumantes. Estou viajando há muito tempo, pegando dois elevadores para poder fumar um lá embaixo.😀

Nada de negativo pode ser dito sobre os quartos normais. Claro, limpo, moderno e equipado com tudo que você precisa. Mas se você tiver a oportunidade de reservar uma suíte no 19º andar com vista para o porto, você definitivamente deve usá-la. Eles são construídos em 2 níveis para que você possa desfrutar de uma vista deslumbrante de quase qualquer lugar (cama, sofá, chuveiro, banheira).

Não recomendável. Nenhum nível de 5 estrelas. O custo-benefício não está certo. Não dormi à noite porque o ar condicionado era muito barulhento. Ela não podia desligá-lo também. O serviço também não procurou uma solução. Geralmente muito mau serviço. Café da manhã médio. Nada especial. Muito decepcionante porque queríamos experimentar algo especial. Não voltaremos. Não foram dadas desculpas, muito menos qualquer compensação pela noite ruim :-(

a historic building with a hotel and excellent staff. the 1902 panoramic suite was magical. thanks again to the westin team for the free upgrade. very good quality meals and a marvelous breakfast! only small disappointment the fire alarm at 3:30 a.m,a rather unpleasant Indian-type woman managing the breakfast entrance and the fact that even if dogs are accepted in the hotel, they unfortunately cannot accompany us to breakfast. lunch.thank you again Hadrien Bernabo

Lugar muito legal. Excelente vista do Elba do quarto no 19º andar. Simplesmente fantástico. Café-da-manhã também foi delicioso e tinha uma grande variedade. Funcionários muito simpáticos e competentes. Estamos ansiosos para a próxima estadia.

Worst Marriott hotel I have ever experienced in terms of customer service, and I have stayed at a lot. Booked the hotel for my brother’s honeymoon through hotels.com. AFTER the booking I was notified that a vaccination was required which his wife didn’t have.So we tried to get a credit note or voucher for a future stay through email, hotels.com and via phone. No response till today. They simply ignore our requests. Hotels.com refers to the hotel, the hotel refers to hotels.com.

El hotel tiene un muy buen servicio, completamente adecuado paraprevenir contagio por Corona,. Las habitaciones ecelentes, la vista sin igual; se observa todo el puerto y parte de la ciudad. Para una noche romantica y un hermoso despertar, es unico. Es dificil describir en palabraa debes sentirlo.

Las habitaciones con vistas al atrio son con " vistas a una cristalera" que se encuentra a unos cuatro metros lo q lo hace bastante agobiante. Y no son baratas precisamente esas habitaciones. El hotel es un poco laberíntico para entrar y salir. No se puede regular convenientemente la temperatura de la habitación. Hacia frío en la habitación y no era posible calentarla. Solo ponen a disposición un bote de jabón corporal para dos personas lo q resulta insuficiente.

El diseño de este hotel es espectacular y sus habitaciones no lo son menos. Los grandes ventanales llaman la atención y es un gran detalle el hecho de que puedas estar dándote un baño observando las vistas del anochecer. Realmente idílico. El servicio también es de gran calidad y su desayuno muy rico y variado.
