We stayed at Pestana CR7 by Times Square and highly recommend it. Front desk service was always amazing, the lobby area was clean, modern and had coffee/bagels in the morning which was always a nice start to the day. Yes the rooms are small, but totally normal for NYC - but they were clean modern and functional. Our only critique was prior to arriving dealing with the reservations helpline was pretty difficult as it’s based in Portugal and you get passed from one number to another and no one seems to know what they are doing - but the staff at the actual hotel were great. We will most definitely stay here again.

Muy buena localización del hotel. La habitación tiene bastante espacio para guardar las cosas y la cama es cómoda. Para desayunar ponen todas las mañanas en la zona del bar café, tea, leche, fruta, bollería y pan para hacer tostadas. El servicio por parte del personal es atento y amable.

Hemos estado alojados una semana y nos ha encantado. La habitación es muy confortable, colchón comodisimo, un hotel muy limpio, nuevo, buena y ubicación, nada de ruidos en la habitación y los empleados muy amables y atentos. No dan desyuno pero ponen en recepción curasanes, café y te recién hecho todas las mañanas. Sin duda muy recomendable.

Our uber was 200 bucks to get where we were going, but Victor got us a private car for much cheaper. He went above and beyond for us, and he did it with a smile on his face. He genuinely cared about getting us to where we had to go. He was absolutely amazing and I will be back just because Victor made us feel so welcome. I cant say enough amazing amazing things about him. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival to Pestana CR7 we found the Lobby area clean and buzzing with Portugal soccer fans. A very positive vibe as they awaited for the Morocco/Portugal game the next day. The ladies at the front desk greeted us warmly and proceeded to check us in early and with an upgraded room. Our room/bath were very well appointed clean and small ( typical NY size). We loved it from the start!! Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and attentive at all hours. I highly recommend this hotel, it has it all…including great location for walking around the city! Thank you Pestana CR7 we will be returning!

I’ve stayed in plenty of NYC hotels and this by far one of the best I’ve stayed at. The staff is very accommodating and even called our room to check if our stay was going well. They cleaned and replaced our towels despite us leaving the room after cleaning hours. The free croissants were a great addition and I really appreciated the staff giving us extra! I would simply book again here because of the excellent customer service I received.

Hemos estado alojados en este hotel del 11 al 16 de octubre. Todo estupendo, tanto ubicación, atención al cliente y habitación. Bastante nueva por cierto, con un baño espacioso y luminoso. Vistas muy buenas a la ciudad. Te cobran las tasas nada más llegar y una fianza de 200 dolares que, en nuestro caso, nos devolvieron a los minutos de hacer el check-out, asi que cumplieron con lo avisado. Por otro lado, no incluye desayunos como tal pero tienen un servicio gratuito a primera hora de la mañana con café, agua fresquita y croisant con mermeladas o mantequilla, que se agradece. En la habitación teníamos también gratuito una estación de café y te. El personal muy amable y hablan español. Repetiriamos sin duda!!

Cobram uma taxa de resort mas não oferecem nada. As amenities não existem. Em uma semana de estadia nem ao menos abasteceram o sabonete. Em um dos dias, deixaram uma fronha suja sobre a mesinha de cabeceira. Não oferecem lavanderia. O espaço do banheiro é horrível, é necessário fazer malabarismo para abrir a porta e sair. A única coisa positiva é a localização.

llevamos alojados actualmente varioa días y los que nos quedan aún por delante, pues para empezar en el check in no pudimos entrar a la habitación hasta las 17:30 porque teóricamente aún no estaba limpia tras el check out de los últimos huéspedes. Después cuando accedemos a la habitación bajamos a que nos la cambien ya que en nuestra reserva de hace casi 3 meses especificamos cama matrimonio (puesto que voy con mi pareja y este viaje es mi luna de miel) y tenemos 2 camas separadas y sin espacio para dejar la ropa,Nos dicen que preguntemos al día siguiente y nos cambiaran, pues bien llevamos así 3 noches y todos los días con la misma excusa de que esperemos para ver si se liberan habitaciones etc etc..a todo esto todos los días las maletas cerradas y preparadas por si nos cambian de habitación o no. Para colmo esta última noche la habitación ni la limpiaron. En fin que para el coste de este hotel las prestaciones están bastante alejadas de la realidad. Habitacion: El aseo tienes que cerrar la puerta del baño para entrar a la ducha, no hay mas que 3 perchas de pared y ni siquiera perchas para colgar ropa. Cuando acabe mi estancia completa actualizaré la reseña puesto que no se si me esperara algo más.😔

Como profesional del sector, he tenido unos clientes en este hotel y he de indicar que la atencion por parte delpersonal es desagradable, por otra parte toman como fianza 200$ que luego dicen devolver y a la hora de devolver dicen que le van a cobrar 151.50$ en concepto de "limpieza" cuando lo mas sorprendete es que ésta deja mucho que desear, incluso un dia ni llegaron a entrar en la habitacion y le ofrecieron 2 toallas limpias como compensacion y el dia de llegada a las 17.00 horas todavia no estaba la habitacion disponible porque no la habian limpiado, asi que con este suplemento/timo que cobran lo podian invertir por lo menos en mas personal. No recomendable en mi opinion

Ficamos 10 noites. Não gostei. Recepcionistas inexperientes .Limpeza péssima.. Voltávamos por volta de 16hs e o s quartos não estavam arrumados .Pedimos pra nos acordar às 5 horas e não nos chamaram.Quase perdemos o voo Também não agendaram a Van para o aeroporto. Ficamos do dia 27/5 até o dia 5/6. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Péssimo. Nunca fiquei em um hotel tão ruim Foi decepicionante. Alugamos 2 quartos. The hotel is not good.The rooms are small.Some staff are nice but others are impatient and unprofessional.I wanted to tell them it was 2pm and they still had not cleaned my room - but they did not even let me access them and forced me to wait in a long line.There is no hair conditioner in the room.No kettle.No trash can.There is no wardrobe.There are no switches for bedside lights.A bottle of water is brought only on the first day.Lots of basic things are missing and the price is very expensive.not recommended.

The staff was professional and very nice. The location was great as well. My boyfriend and I walked most places. Times Square was literally a hop, skip and a jump away! The staff is amazing, but the rooms are the smallest I've ever seen in my life. Don't be fooled by the panoramic pictures online. We paid $450 for 1 night and felt cramped in this small room. U can even walk past the bed without turning your body sideways

Nice place at a reasonable price for NYC. The room is small but if you only plan on sleeping there it is not a problem. The room is a king size bed with a lg size flat screen TV, a small fridge and a safe. The room was immaculate when we walked into it. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Overall I give this hotel a thumbs-up.

This is the second Pestana CR7 I have stayed in. My wife and I stayed in the Lisboa location in January 2020, and loved it! We recently stayed in the NYC location, this time with our 10 month old son. Great amenities, location, and friendly staff. Meu colega de quarto e eu ficamos no Pestana em 3 de agosto de 2021. Nós realmente queríamos adorar este hotel e esperávamos por uma estadia fácil de 1 noite. Saímos da sala por volta das 15h20 daquele dia para sair e não voltamos até a meia-noite. Só porque nossos celulares estavam morrendo. Queríamos ir para a Times Square, então voltamos para o quarto para carregar nossos telefones. Bem, para minha surpresa, voltamos para encontrar meu cabo de luz que carrega meu iPhone no chão. Agora, eu sabia com certeza que não o tinha deixado ali no chão daquele jeito, especialmente sem o adaptador. Eu relatei isso para a recepção imediatamente e na manhã seguinte acompanhei a gerência. Eles foram em frente e levaram a equipe de engenharia até a porta eventualmente para verificar o sistema de fechadura e ver se alguém mais estava lá além de nós, o que eu sabia que era o caso. Saímos de NY e Owen, o gerente, me ligou no dia 5 de agosto para me dar uma atualização de que a limpeza realmente entrou em nosso quarto em algum momento enquanto estávamos fora e eles roubaram o adaptador. Eu realmente espero que quem precisou tenha o que queria. Eu trabalho para a Apple, tenho muito mais coisas em casa, então para mim não é nada. No entanto, eles escolheram a pessoa errada para roubar isso porque ninguém provavelmente não teria notado. My roommate and I stayed at Pestana on August 3rd, 2021. We really wanted to love this hotel and were hoping for an easy 1 night stay. We left the room around 3:20 pm that day to go venture out and didn’t return until midnight. Only because our cell phones were dying. We wanted to go to Times Square so we came back to the room to charge our phones. Well, to my surprise, we came back to find my lightning cable that charges my iPhone on the floor. Now, I knew for a fact that I hadn’t left it there on the floor like that especially without the adapter. I reported this to the front desk right away and the next morning followed up with management. They went ahead and got the engineering team up to the door eventually to check the lock system and see if anyone else had been in there besides us, which I knew was the case. We left NY and Owen the manager called me to give me an update on Aug. 5th that housekeeping did indeed come into our room at some point while we were out and they stole the adapter. I really hope whoever needed it got what they wanted. I work for Apple, I have tons more at home so to me it’s nothing. However, they chose the wrong person to steal this from because anyone else probably wouldn’t have noticed. Owen told us we’d get refunded for the service fee at least which we did however, if housekeeping is stealing such a petty thing what else could they be stealing? We hope that thiswas dealt with so no one else in the future staying at this hotel runs into this inconvenience. There’s also some discrepancy in what you pay online for your room versus what you get charged for as the final amount (not including deposit which we did get refunded for later). Final charge was $136 plus a $19 refund for my stolen adapter. Stay wary!

Os funcionários foram todos extremamente simpáticos e acolhedores, desde a recepção ao pessoal de limpeza. Eu tinha um quarto com uma cama king-size, não muito espaço para se mover, mas muito limpo e moderno. Amamos as lâmpadas operadas por toque no quarto. O chuveiro é um pouco apertado, sou uma mulher pequena de 5'2 "e até eu me peguei batendo cotovelos nas paredes do chuveiro às vezes. O quarto inclui uma TV" inteligente ", minigeladeira (sem micro-ondas), água Voss de cortesia garrafas, espaço minúsculo na mesa e um cofre escondido na mesa de cabeceira. 2 minutos a pé da estação de ônibus de Port Authority, ~ 10 minutos a pé da Times Square e toneladas de comida, bar e lojas de conveniência a passos de distância do hotel. recomendo!

Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y acogedor, desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza. Tenía una habitación con una cama tamaño king, no había mucho espacio para moverse, pero estaba muy limpia y era moderna. Me encantaron las lámparas táctiles en la habitación. La ducha es un poco apretada, soy una mujer pequeña de 5'2 "e incluso me encontré chocando los codos con las paredes de la ducha a veces. La habitación incluye un televisor" inteligente ", una mini nevera (sin microondas) y agua Voss gratuita botellas, un escritorio pequeño y una caja fuerte escondida en la mesita de noche. A 2 minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses de Port Authority, ~ 10 minutos a pie de Times Square y toneladas de opciones de comida, bares y tiendas de conveniencia a pasos del hotel. ¡recomendar!

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and brand new and the front desk staff were beyond nice. Our room was clean and the hotel was in the perfect location for us, however, being that it's new I think the internal teams need to work on communication. We checked in at 3pm and by 4, an engineer/maintenance guy was knocking on our door and insisted he needed to check on our phone, tv, and safe since the room was newer. We asked him to come back at 5 but he came back before then and said he needed to be let in as he was going home soon. He was only there for a few minutes so we didn't make a big fuss but a heads up call from the front desk would've been nice. When I check in to a hotel, I don't expect to have 3 unexpected knocks on my door in the first 2 hours - we were really looking for privacy. Then the next morning, we were in a deep sleep and got a loud knock on our door at 9am from housekeeping which woke us up and check out isn't until 11. I yelled "we're sleeping" and they proceed to come back at 10:30 and knock yet again. Housekeeping should know if we're checked out or not so those 2 knocks were bothersome. Overall, we would stay here again based on the friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing location but I felt as if we had no privacy and people were constantly knocking on our door so hopefully things like this improve!

Great place, great people and above all, brand new rooms with spotless cleanliness!. Will recommend to anyone there. Two good staff Joanne and Giovanni helped our stay. We had 6 people and 3 rooms!

Really good experience!! Loved the staff, they were really helpful and gave us everything that we could’ve needed. Gave us mouth wash, toothpaste and sanitary equipment. Cute homely vibe - exactly what I needed for a quick stay in New York! Marilyn was great, so was the rest of the staff. Perfect price for what we got, especially for New York. Love love love

Staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I had a room with a king bed, not a ton of space to move around but very clean and modern. Loved the touch-operated lamps in the room. The shower is kinda tight, I'm a small 5'2" woman and even I found myself bumping elbows with the walls of the shower at times. Room includes a "smart" TV, mini fridge (no microwave), complementary Voss water bottles, tiny desk space, and a safe tucked away in the nightstand. 2 minute walk to Port Authority bus station, ~10 minute walk to Times Square, and tons of food, bar, and convenience store options steps away from the hotel. Would recommend!

I stayed here this past weekend. Nice hotel with friendly staff. I can say that they went above and beyond. Please remember that this hotel is not fully operational yet, meaning the restaurant, bar, ect isn't operational. Location is perfect, we only hopped on the subway once to get to lower Manhattan. Everything else was walking distance!

Location is great, just few blocks from Times Square or Bryant Park. Hotel is modern and very clean. Room is not big but comfortable enough. Staff very kind and helpful. I would stay in Pestana again...
