“The rooms were clean everything was going great until someone stole off of my grand fathers car and the hotel can not give us any evidence of who did it because they didn’t have security cameras where he was parked it is a gated area that shouldn’t have happened in the first place just don’t rely on their security services.”

“Eu não acho que eu ficaria neste Hampton Inn em San Antonio novamente. Do lado de fora o prédio parece muito bom, o estacionamento é amplo. O lobby é limpo e arrumado, a área da mesa do café da manhã também está muito bem localizada e não há barulho da avenida. O ruim: serviço de limpeza terrível, atitude da equipe não era boa, os quartos têm detalhes, edredom manchado, chave da banheira quebrada, etc. Má experiência neste hotel. O café da manhã é "para viagem", iogurte, pão, bagels, cereais, leite, leve em consideração.”
