“I arrived in early October at the Royalton Hotel with company for personal business in NYC. From the moment we arrived, the concierge and staff were extremely welcoming and exceeded my expectations of hotelier service. We were offered complimentary water bottles and assistance with all our needs. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and the service provided by the staff. Even when we returned later in the evening to pick up our bags after checkout with a friend of mine, I was -extremely- impressed with the concierge offering the three of us complimentary waters, which I thought was both highly gracious and classy. Although I was initially concerned with the slightly higher price range, this experience taught me the true meaning of "You Get What You Pay For," Overall, I would greatly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I am rating the Royalton Hotel a 15 out of 10 for their service and graciousness. Anything less than this rating would be a disservice to the Royalton Hotel and all its staff. Once again, thank you to all the staff and the concierges for this wonderful experience.”

“Sempre um hotel de serviço de nível superior. No centro da Times Square e do Bryant Park. Ótimo para um fim de semana em Nova York.
