Hotel do lado de várias atrações turisticas, e do transporte público. Quartos limpos e bem confortáveis. Internet funciona muito bem.

Um bom hotel, apesar de já estar com vários sinais de idade, mas o serviço é decente e o staff é educado.

Muito bem localizado, próximo a 3 linhas do metrô. Hotel limpo e de qualidade com preço acessível. Recomendo a todos que vão a NY a turismo como foi o meu caso.

Hotel atende, mas dica numa região muito boa, com bastante opções e longe do agito insano da 5a avenida!

Muito caro pelo que oferece. Vale apenas pela localização mas os quartos são muito pequenos. A foto no site não mostra a realidade do hotel que não tem aquela bela fachada. O room-service é horrível e caro. Você tem que esperar as vezes mais de 29 minutos pelo elevador e a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Não recomendo. Nada a ver com os Double Tree onde já me hospedei.

O banheiro estava vazando e não conseguiram arrumar. Não tem frigobar no quarto. O ar condicionado faz bastante barulho, assim como a maquina de gelo no corredor. Ah, dá pra ouvir os vizinhos de quarto também. Os elevadores são mal programados. Uma saga pra subir ou descer. Pontos positivos: Os funcionários são amistosos e dispostos a ajudar. A cama é OK. A localização é bem boa.

Bom hotel. Mas, falta frigobar nos quartos.

Jose and his team members (three ladies) at the front office did fantastic service. Very welcoming and smiling. Delicious cookies and love the idea of roulette, where you get to play for an extra reward. The room is clean. Kudos to the housekeeping. We have the best views from our room. The employees, service, and stay were outstanding, except for the elevators. Nonetheless, we are coming back.

In the last 8 weeks of NYC travel I have stayed 4 times at this location. My first stay was excellent.Every subsequent stay has been worse and worse until I’m now no longer considering staying here on my upcoming NYC trips.The staff is stressed, which is unfortunately normal in this post COVID world, but this leads them to being openly combative with guests and even themselves.Fortunately the Hilton app is 99% reliable and you can skip the front desk all together, if your room’s key sensor is working right. If.The rooms are fine once you get in, but are showing age and neglect (cracked sinks and shower, wobbly doors, fridges that don’t work, water damage, etc).The elevators are absolutely deplorable and ruin the entire hotel experience. 15 sweltering minutes to get from your room to the ground floor crammed into an elevator with 15 other people as it stops on 30+ floors on the way down.Best advice is if you have to stay here, get the lowest floor room you can and take the steps.This is ranked a 4 star, but it has no right to be.Better hotels exist in the FIDI even at a 3 star level.Go elsewhere.

Horrible! Todos los días esperar 30 minutos para subir o bajar por el elevador. El buffet es malisimo y el hotel en general no es nada bonito. Ha sido una terrible n le decepción además de haber hecho nuestra estancia en NYC muy estresante e incomoda. Nunca más en un doubletree ni tampoco Hilton. Avergonzante.

Muy pero muy mal servicio, el check in es supuesto a ser a las 4:00 pm y como teníamos una actividad más temprano pedimos un early check in a la 1:00 pm a la Que nos dijeron que si llegamos a la 1:00 pm y no estaba la cual bueno entendimos pero la habitación nos la entregaron a las 6:00 pm, otro tema insólito son los elevadores hay que hacer fila por 10 min para poder tomar uno. Y la actitud de los empleados es muy mala se enojan por qué unos les pide que le den respuesta. A problema se ellos mismos.

Good location but the hotel had fundamental problems and I wouldn't stay here again. Staff were great, including the manager who resolved a problem quickly and in a friendly manner. Location was excellent - three minute walk to the ferry, and Whitehall St subway station is just at the end of the street. The room was small, but that's expected for NYC - it was modern and well appointed. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. The problems though: 1. Noise - the window was not well sealed so everything going on outside could be heard clearly. There's also very little internal soundproofing, so your neighbour and their TV can be heard clearly, as can anything happening in the corridor. 2. Elevators. At peak times they were unusable - for example, at 10am we waited 30 minutes and had to let three completely full cars go before eventually taking the stairs from the 21st floor - with a young child. Other times were less of an issue but there was still a wait. 3. Calibre of other guests - the corridor on our floor smelled heavily of cannabis on numerous occasions. On returning to our room one of the times we noticed that housekeeping had opened our window - presumably because the smell had made it into our room. I get the impression that the hotel is used by groups. 4. Drain flies - not sure whether it was just our room but we saw a lot of drain flies around the bathroom, which wasn't exactly welcoming.

Si querés un alojamiento en el distrito comercial es ideal, lo malo de las habitaciones es que son chicas y si te toca un piso alto podés estar varios minutos para poder subir al ascensor

veníamos con miedo por las continuas críticas sobre los ascensores... la verdad si bajas antes de las 8 y no vuelves hasta las 20... no problem.. si lo haces más tarde...estas sentenciado...

A brilliant hotel with just one major flaw. This hotel has many great things, great rooms with beautiful new york skyline views, a perfect location for exploring the city, and great service and food options within the hotel. Including room service. However the hotel had one issue, the elevators. There are 3 of them serving this 44 floor hotel. They needed 5, at least. We often found ourselves waiting 15-20 minutes for an elevator, not ideal. My only other minor complaint is that the buffet breakfast is $1 more than the food and beverage credit given to gold & diamond members. I thought that was a little cheeky. But other than that the hotel is brilliant and definitely worth a stay if you’re looking for a more affordable hilton option in New York City.

I was at this hotel for 9 days! Saturday until Sunday if the next week in July. My plane arrived early that morning, got in my hotel room about 3:30pm. So we checked our bags in downstairs and hit the city from 9am until 3:30pm. The Subway(Stone Street) is across the street, and Broad Street Station is a couple blocks away. Bowling Green Station is around the corner(very nice station). We paid $33 for a unlimited subway & bus rides. Restaurant is Italian food. It was good. Rooms are very small. I stayed on the 43rd floor and it was still small. But house keeping cleaned everyday, room was not outdated. Front desk crew was excellent. I was very demanding and they made me feel comfortable and made it happen. Overall this was a great stay for my wife, kid, and I. Only problem I have is that, there only only a couple elevators. It can take a while to get to your room or leave. I would book here again.

Las fotos no enseñan lo mal distribuido que esta . Los ascensores solo hay 2 para 44 pisos . Y si no reservas desde la web de Hilton no aplican los beneficios de ser Hilton honors Gold . No volveré ni regalado

⛔️NADA RECOMENDABLE!!!!⛔️ Solo dos ascensores para subir 44 plantas, tarda en que llegue el ascensor 10 minutos a la entrada para que subas a recepción a la 2 planta Las paredes son de papel se escucha todo lo del vecino y cuando se cierra una puerta se escucha muchisimo, si te toca la cama en la pared del ascensor suena por la noche cada vez que pasa por tu planta, si eres oro en Hilton Honors da igual por que no tienes ningun upgrade de habitacion o desayuno incluido. Para terminar dejo una foto de mis queridas compañeras de habitación llamadas cucarachas ( se puede apreciar que es el baño del hotel para que veanque no es mentira)FELIZ ESTANCIA EN EL HOTEL DE LOS HORRORES

The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room was great, the beds were very comfy! Although the air conditioner was working very… weird? Sometimes it was too cold and sometimes it was too hot and you couldn’t really be satisfied with the temperature in the room. The worst thing and I think the only bad thing about the hotel were the elevators! :( I was staying at the floor 21 and one time I couldn’t get on the elevator for 20 minutes! I heard it was moving but not stopping on my floor. That’s the longest I had ever waited for an elevator! But overall I enjoyed staying here! :)

Great customer service! They welcomed me with a smile. I really like how close to Battery Park it is. I only stayed one night and it worked out. I give it 4 stars because the elevators are slow considering the amount of people checking in and out. If you plan to stay here you should add an extra 20-30min for the elevator to come to your floor if you leave right around check out time which is 11am. Overall great hotel and service.

Un desastre. Dos ascensores para 44 plantas. Hemos tenido que bajar andando más de una vez, después de esperar 20 minutos al ascensor. Pero lo peor es que me han estafado. Me han cobrado mucho más de lo que debían, sin ningún tipo de explicación. Solo fui consciente al consultar el extracto de la tarjeta

Well, as with everything in NY consider traffic hours...when wanting to use the elevator. There are stairs though for those wanting to do a bit of fitness 😁 Consider reception is at level 2 and not ground floor. They were nice enough to accommodate us and extend our checkout. Room was clean and cleaning was done every day unless you decided that cleaning is not needed. Location was just great. Close to everything in Financial district, subway, coffee shops, bagel shops...you name it 😉

Stayed here one night. Rooms are small but VERY clean and comfortable. It appeared to be freshly remodeled. I previously stayed at the Fairfield next door and I was not ad pleased with that hotel...

Room is small .... Some of the staff were nice some where rude.... Doesn't look like it did online.... Dirty wash cloth left in the bathroom....gross....But mona at the front desk was very helpful...
