“Wellllllll where do I start. I booked this hotel at just over $200 a night. I was told that there was free parking and breakfast! When we arrived we were greeted by a rude staff member who told we had to pay $18 a night parking!The rooms are pretty basic and weren't thoroughly clean, day 1 and I'm not sure what I'm paying $200 a night for. Wouldn't recommend and will look elsewhere next time. Will post an update on how management deal with the Parking situation. Stay tuned......Update ... So at the end of our stay the manager waived the parking fee, which we appreciated! The location of this hotel is great and I love St Pete! There is so much to do. I feel the staff could be a bit more welcoming and accommodating when you first arrive. But overall they did a great job of dealing with situations like the broken air conditioning in our room. I would stay again just to see if things get better, because I absolutely love the location. Keep in mind there is $18 a night parking you'll pay on top of your room charge. Breakfast is good.”
