Finally a hotel in Washington Heights! I have family in the area and on previous visits had to AirB&B to stay anywhere close. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. It’s obviously planned to make maximal use of every inch. The bed was comfortable and in a neat little alcove with a big window overlooking the courtyard. The space saving design of a few things was a little cramped. It was awkward to squeeze over it to wash your face at the sink and the fridge was unbelievably shallow, one water bottle wide. We had to stand a sandwich vertically to fit it. And that didn’t even seem to be for space saving reasons. The cube where it was located was the size of a normal mini-fridge. ??? The staff were friendly and professional. The price was pretty reasonable for NYC. We’ll definitely stay here again. Finalmente um hotel em Washington Heights! Muito bom hotel moderno com cores brilhantes a 5 minutos a pé do metro.Infelizmente, os quartos foram limpos apenas uma vez em 4 dias. The hotel is cool and trendy. The staff was polite. However, it was extremely obvious that my sheets were not fresh. You could clearly see that someone had slept on one side of the bed and there was hair in the sheets. Absolutely disgusting! To their credit, when I called the front desk someone immediately came up to change the sheets but that didn't make it any less disgusting.Plus the room just wasn't very clean overall. Then I kept hearing dripping throughout the night. I thought it was the shower but it was actually the lighting fixture above the toilet that was leaking water. I didn't event want to think about where that water was coming from. The front desk staff assured me that someone from management would contact me but that did not happen. Fortunately, it was a short stay. I would not stay here again. If you decide to, be sure to check the sheets. O hotel é legal e moderno. A equipe foi educada. Stayed for 3 nights - don't really have any complaints to be honest this is a solid, well run hotel, great hotel. - Staff are all lovely and very helpful - Bed very comfy, air-con super strong - Really colourful design throughout the hotel, felt fresh, young and vibrant. - Always security on the door, you need a key to use the elevator and an easy to use safe in the room. Very secure feeling - I've seen some complaints about the room size, I don't really understand why... space to hang clothes, store toiletries. I mean what else do you want? I think we had a queen room - number 804 - I believe it is a Dominican area(?), lots of cheap shops near by, tonnes of fast food and we took a walk to North end and had amazing burgers - recommend checking north end for food and a drink. The rooms are small, but there has been such attention to detail you are likely to find everything you need, tucked just in the right space. The fitness room is similar: Small, but well appointed with everything a casual gym user like me could want. Wish we could have stayed longer to try the restaurant and eat in the courtyard.The best part were the staff: helpful, friendly, accommodating and briskly competent. O que um ótimo hotel! Basta uma rápida viagem até os Claustros, o Jardim Botânico e o Yankee Stadium.O hotel é novo e bem projetado. Os quartos são pequenos, mas houve tanta atenção aos detalhes que é provável que você encontre tudo o que precisa, bem no espaço certo. A sala de ginástica é semelhante: pequena, mas bem equipada com tudo que um usuário casual de academia como eu poderia desejar. This post is informative, not to praise or bash.The staff was very welcoming and warm.The rooms are what made our stay so uncomfortable.They are small and hard to maneuver. The floors are concrete and slippery for older guests.There is no closet or ample shelving for suitcases.The bathroom is not walled off, only a frosted glass, so showering is very uncomfortable.Guests sitting on the beds can see in.The restaurant is delicious but the music is so loud you can not visit.There is no parking on-site.You must park in their garage a block away.We checked in after dark so my sister and I had to walk that block in Harlem by ourselves.We felt very unsafe.This hotel is really for thise who only need a bed for the night but not necessarily an enjoyable stay.

I had a great night here. The rooms were very nice and utilized the space very well.The shower was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. There's a nice elegant restaurant and bar on-site as well. I also really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with all the locals out and about. I'd definitely like to return. Eu tive uma ótima noite aqui. Os quartos eram muito bons e aproveitavam muito bem o espaço. O chuveiro era espaçoso e o colchão era muito confortável. This is a newer hotel in the Washington Heights neighborhood. I liked its aesthetic when I walked in as the main lobby is very colorful. I thought everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The actual room I stayed in was pictured how it was advertised and was very spacious for two people. I liked the novelty of the room, and the bright red colors throughout. However, the room was not thoroughly cleaned and that was a bit disappointing. I brought it up to the front desk’s attention, and they “cleaned it” but even after the clean, I still found some stuff under my bed that was not mine (loose candy and papers). It made me a bit uneasy to stay in the room, but since I wasn’t staying for very long, I let it go. I think as they are so new, they should be making sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned especially under the bed, drawers, bathrooms, etc. Other than that, it’s pretty accessible to the T and is about a four minute walk away. There’s also a really nice Dominican restaurant right next door to it which has a great selection of food. Wouldn’t mind staying again if they could situate the cleaning of rooms out. The customer service was good at hotel. The front desk people were friendly and polite and willing to answer any questions you may have. Housekeeping staff was great especially the director..The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is good. They're still building out rooms and other spaces but the potential is great.
