O hotel tem excelente localização. Muito limpo. Café da manhã honesto. Mas é muito movimentado e os quartos são minúsculos. Não cabe uma única mala aberta e o armário é ridículo.

Al llegar tuve que pedir me cambiaran de habitación ya que la queasignaron estaba bien sucia , luego tuve que pedir una nevera porque soy diabético y necesito mi insulina refrigerada y no tienen ni un refrigerador pequeño para tener agua , estuve 7 días y solo limpiaron una vez la habitación , no hay ni una botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación , las sabanas estaban rotas y manchadas ,un día un mendigo intento entrar a mi habitación y tuvimos que avisar a seguridad en fin lo único es la ubicación del resto muy malo mi nombre Jesús Angarita estuve en el hotel desde el 4 de Junio 2021 hasta el 11 de Junio 2021

If you are a college graduate who is now making decent money And you are used to a certain type of crowd and upscale accommodations I would recommend that you do not stay here. I am not better than anyone but I am just used to being in a certain environment.The rooms are very small, the elevators are dirty and dated there was a pile of trash in front of the hotel the entire time. I was with my girlfriend that had never been to the city so I made the mistake of staying in the The wrong part of Time Square.The staff was amazing at every turn but they can't make up for the hotel environment and atmosphere.This hotel did not live up to what I have come to believe double tree standards to be Nor the Hilton brand

The Hilton Hotel was a wonderful hotel to stay at while in New York.There were a few problems with the room, mainly I noticed a lot of streaks on glass surfaces (such as the mirrors, windows, etc.) and the baseboard molding started to come off in some areas.The rooms are a bit small (which is to be expected since its a smaller hotel with a lot of rooms), but the staff were friendly and helpful as well as compassionate.I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to everyone!

The room was comfy. The view amazing. There were plenty of tellers at counter when I checked in. Waiting time to check-in was pretty quick. Standard waiting time as any other hotel check-in. All elevators were working fine. Workers were polite and informative. Even Security was very professional on their approach. They walk the floors late at night. Would def return for another stay.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The room though a bit small was neat, toilet was practical, clean as well. The view from the room was good. Location, location, location it’s the best part of the hotel. Small shortcoming is there is a pile of garbage bags near the hotel entrance ! On the whole value for money i feel.

Es increíble como por dos dias pedí que limpiaran la habitación y solo anotaban en un cuaderno el número sin hacer absolutamente nada. Completamente antihigiénico, de mal gusto y terrible en tiempos de pandemia. Horrible servicio, no entiendo si tienen la misma queja por meses porque no han hecho nada. Hay hoteles por ese mismo precio más limpios y en similar ubicación

Para esta fecha de mayo 2021 en plena pandemia el costo por noche fue genial. Está ubicado en un lugar muy cerca del times square así que sería una buena opción si vas de vacaciones.

While I understand certain hotels are still recovering from COVID the amount of trash laying around this hotel is unacceptable. The room was also much smaller than expected for 2 doubles, thankfully it was just myself and one other person. Also, expect to wait 5-10 mins for the elevators which was also packed tighter than sardines if and when it was available.

Decent hotel near Port-Authority with close access to Time Square in NYC. Clean room and bathroom. There were some issues with the shower's glass door in the bathroom but nothing requiring major complaint. No fridge was available and the room is bit on the smaller size. Nice King bed and very small closet. Lots of wall outlets and a nice LG flat screen TV. If you're alone on business trip or live far from work and want to stay a night in the city for another day of work, I recommend this hotel. Their price is pretty reasonable. Don't forget we're in a pandemic, rates might change in the future.

I reserved a city view 25 floor or higher double bed room and that is what I got. Issues were toilet seat was broken, light on mirror flickered and a/c wasn't working. The staff fixed our a/c and gave us a ton of towels which was helpful. The elevator is so quick.

Best place to stay and the location is great! The staff was great all the way to the concierge. The rooms were small but it’s New York so that is expected. I was able to walk to time square and other places with ease. And the subway was not far. I would definitely stay here my next time! The only thing is they do not have a fridge or microwave in the room but you can request for one.

This Hotel was great! I was skeptical because of so many bad reviews but this hotel wasn't as nearly bad as all these negative comments say. The room is a good size. The bathroom is nice up to date and modern. A ten minute walk or a two minute drive from times square. The restaurant in the lobby is so delicious I would literally go back just for that. The location of this hotel is perfect. The elevators are a little slow but it was not a big fuss the longest I had to wait was about five minutes but other than that the hotel was ten out of ten stars.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HILTON! AVOID AT ALL COST! Not only was this the most horrible service and quality I’ve gotten at a Hilton but it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever received. I would have been better off at a motel then this terrible “Hilton” Our room was not cleaned “to Hilton standards” they did not have safety seals on the doors. When we got in we had no towels or soap. We tried calling about 10 times but no one picked up. Finally we gave up and went down to be told they don’t have towels at that time and would bring them up later. We went out and came back and the towels and soap were never brought up. I call over and over again and still no answer. Finally I have to head back down and demand towels and soap so we can shower after a long day. On top of this the elevator wait was always at least 20 minutes and one of the elevators was always not working. Also they made sure to stop all water fill ups and then charge $4 per bottle for water in their lobby. I never write reviews but I feel I’m obligated to let others know to avoid.

Una total decepción el hotel para ser de la cadena Hilton llegó al hotel una tragedia y una espera para el hacer el cheek in porque no había ni una gota de distanciamiento social,los elevadores una tragedia la espera,en 2 ocasiones tuve que usar la escalera y mis hijos estaban ya cansados,llame al lobby porque no tenía toallas en el baño y solo trajeron 2 para 4 personas que mal,al otro día llame para pedir más toallas y nunca respondieron otra cosa nada de seguridad afuera estaban rodeado de malas personas que acosaban a los clientes en fin decepción total

Un lugar bonito,acogedor, tiene elegancia,limpio buenas habitaciones, buen desayuno, precios módicos, queda cerca de muchos lugares!!!

Atendimento ao cliente muito bom, porém as camas são muito pequenas, pelo menos nos quartos com duas camas, mas é bem melhor do que o Hotel de Orlando. Very good customer service, however the beds are very small, at least in the rooms with two beds, but it is much better than the Orlando Hotel

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos excelentes, ótimo atendimento. No último dia fiz o check in e consegui deixar minhas malas pois meu voo era somente de noite. Vale muito a pena. Próximo da Times Square. Muitos comércios próximos, metro e ficana frente da estação principal de ônibus fretados. Onde consegui ir até o outlet e voltar com as compras em uma mala bem grande, como era bem na frente do hotel não precisei carregar por muito tempo peso.

Sófui no restaurante.. nada a reclamar do prato que pedi porém o vinho solicitado "veio do forno" de tão quente. E apesar do garcon tentar fazer algo a respeitotropeçou trazendo un copo cheio de gelo ao inves de acondicionar no recepiente adequado para esfriar..falta de treinamento dos garcons..infelizmente.!
