“Went there for a quick weekend.First off, the property is atrocious and dirty.Second, the power went out in the middle of the second night.We had to go find a new room last minute.While this may not be their fault, we have been trying for a month to get our refund on the other two nights.The manager, Reggie, has been either on vacation, unavailable, or in meetings, conveniently, for the last month.What a joke.”

'just the way I like them" in fact they are not the way any normal person would like them...prostitution, the perpetual smell of marijuana, and all night noise and activity.I don't need to contact you or a "Team Member". Spend the weekend on the fourth floor of your own hotel. Then let your team know that they need to improve your guest experience... by doing their job.”
