“Not worth the money you pay! Went here for my first time in Aspen and it is so overpriced but not even worth it. My partner and I typically stay at 4-5 star hotels and this did not make the cut. There is a delivery fee for room service wild, also the valet is $50 a night, that typically wouldn’t be a problem in the winter but in the summer I can park my own car or have the option to pay, when we called them to have the car ready no one was even there. The room was not as described we didn’t have a tub and there was no vent in the bathroom. To top it off they allow dogs in the hotel. I’ve never seen that before in a higher class establishment. The dog was barking all night and made my next day hell. As well as the AC was broken for two nights and we had to call multiple times for a. Overall I would not recommend or go back.”

“First time there…food was amazing. Here’s the kicker…we had an uphill walk home. They offered us a ride. Our driver, Tommy, was so sweet. We had no cash to tip him, but we will make it up to him( and, no tip was expected). Thank you Viceroy for amazing service!!!”
