“One of the big building. The hotel looks nice from outside and the reception is nice. The hotel is in a great spot near the English Garden, so location is not bad. The rooms are big. However, they are not well taken care of. The tv in my room did not work properly, the room was not that clean and the hot water was not working. Had to take a shower with ice cold water at 12 am. The phone in the bathroom was broken. Overall, owners need to take better care of a great facility.”

“Always nice to stay at Hilton Tucherpark. Service is great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is always good. Waitresses were attentive and polite. Just one little complain: one of the waiter should work on his work efficiency. It looks like that he felt not respinsible to clean tables and refill the Snacks. All other stuff member were working hard and were friendly. We felt not welcome as long he was around. He should work on his performance”
