Acomodação muito confortável e silenciosa Café da manhã muito Staff muito atencioso

Gostei da minha estadia, embora tenha sido um dia. Os quartos são decentes para o preço e café da manhã foi incrível. Tudo foi feito na hora para os moradores e área de jantar era limpo. Obrigado pessoal pela experiência maravilhosa.

Adoro! A equipe humana é incrível! Eles cuidam e são muito gentis e prestativos. O café da manhã foi incrível, o quarto era grande, limpo e bem equipado. A localização é ótima. Foi uma ótima experiência. Recomendo para crianças, lazer, pets, gay friendly… simplesmente demais. Monica e Marisol na recepção são um sol, as meninas da sala de café da manhã são muito simpáticas e prestativas e a equipe de limpeza é muito simpática.

Love it! The human team is amazing! They take care and are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, the room was big, clean and well-equipped. The location is great. It was a great experience. Recommend for kids, leisure, pets, gay friendly… just awesome. Monica and Marisol at the front desk are a sunshine, the girls at the breakfast room are so nice and helpful and the cleaning staff is very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay even though it was one day. The rooms are decent for the price and breakfast was amazing. Everything was freshly made for residents and dining area was clean. Thank you staff for the wonderful experience.

Adoramos este hotel! Todos são profissionais e amigáveis. Cada reserva de suíte vem com café da manhã gratuito. Eles têm uma ótima seleção de lanches, vinho, alimentos congelados e detergentes para comprar. Fica a uma curta distância do Galleria Mall e de outros restaurantes. Muito, muito tranquilo! Também gostamos de poder cozinhar nossas próprias refeições enquanto estamos lá. Temos vários favoritos que funcionam na recepção, mas não sei seus nomes, mas sei o nome da Sra. Lisa, e ela é a melhor. ❤️

O quarto de hotel era muito limpo e confortável, eu tinha uma festa do pijama da noite das meninas e foi o melhor. O quarto estava fresco em uma noite quente de sábado e o agente da recepção do hotel ficou mais do que feliz em me pegar um pouco de gelo (porque não tenho senso de direção para encontrar uma máquina de gelo 🤣). O chuveiro era bom e quente, quero dizer MUITO quente, e a pressão da água era a melhor de todas. Dormi como um bebê recém-nascido depois de uma noite de bolo e ursinhos de goma. Eu absolutamente reservar este hotel novamente. 🥰

We love this hotel! Everyone is professional and friendly. Each suite booking comes with free breakfast. They have a nice selection of snacks, wine, frozen foods, and detergents to purchase. It’s within walking distance to Galleria Mall, and other restaurants. Very, very quiet! We also like that we can cook our own meals while we are there. We have several favorites that works the front desk, but I don’t know their names, but I know Ms. Lisa name, and she’s the best. ❤️

The hotel room was very clean and comfy, I had a girls night slumber party and it was the best. The room was cool on a hot Saturday night and the Hotel desk agent was more than happy to get me some ice (because I lack sense of direction in finding an ice machine 🤣). The shower was nice and hot, I mean REALLY hot, and the water pressure was the best ever. I slept like a newborn baby after a night of cake and gummy bears. I would absolutely book this hotel again. 🥰

Hotel muito bom e limpo. Reservamos 2 quartos com camas queen size, em vez disso, temos dois quartos espaçosos com camas king size. O quarto tinha tudo arrumado e limpo. Totalmente impressionado com a eficiência da área de café-da-manhã. Eles providenciaram e organizaram as coisas para que tenhamos certeza de usar todas as coisas, copos e talheres e não deixar bagunça. Na ação, todos usavam o recanto durante o horário de pico deixando a área tão limpa. Porque temos tudo o que é necessário para comer em paz. A comida era constantemente reabastecida até a hora de fechar.Todas as áreas da recepção, elevadores e quartos são bem conservadas, limpas e agradáveis. Irá reservar aqui sempre que chegarmos

Very good and clean hotel. We booked 2 rooms with queen beds instead we got two spacious rooms with king beds. The room had everything neat and clean. Totally impressed with the efficiency of the breakfast area. They had provided and arranged the stuff so we make sure we use all the things , cups and cutlery and leave no mess. In deed , everyone used the nook during peak hours left the area so clean. Because we have everything needed to eat peacefully. Food was constantly refilled until closing time. All areas from reception, elevators and rooms are well maintained , cleaned and pleasant. Will book here whenever we come

Room was excellent.Personnel nice but not too helpful.Booked one room weeks in advance, showed one room on the 10th floor the morning of the arrival. When checking in remotely 2 rooms were on the account. They wanted to charge a late cancellation, which is still pending.The Digital Key never worked the entire stay and the two rooms stayed on the Hilton app the entire time there.

Este lugar era impecável. O hotel era limpo, quarto era tão espaçoso/muito limpo. Cama era macia e confortável. Localização é ideal. Ótimo serviço. Bom café da manhã, tudo foi seriamente ótimo. A melhor parte foi o assistente da recepção, abril. Ela foi INCRÍVEL. Literalmente qualquer coisa que precisássemos, ela era nossa garota. Ela foi tão gentil, prestativa e amigável. Conversamos um bom tempo e eu adorei a personalidade dela. Ela fez o check-in tão fácil. Ela literalmente fez essa viagem. Eu recomendo.

My family and I came here to celebrate my birthday and this hotel was a terrible choice. If I could Give thema Zero I would. First i walk in to get keys to my two rooms and April C. told me she didn’t have my reservations, or that she could not see my name. I don’t know how long she’s worked in hospitality but I did for 9 years and I know that sometimes you have to check in-house, and cancelled reservations. But I went on to tell her calmly that I do have two rooms and that I can even tell her the rooms number. Once I tried to help her, to me it felt she got slightly annoyed because she just stopped talking to me all together and focused on the screen, no big deal okay. She proceeds to give me my keys. I get to my room and one key does not work , I had to go downstairs 3 times to have it remade and April tried telling it it’s because someone has the latch on the door,but everyone was with me.. Moving on day two I get up early and get out I come back at 3 my room is still dirty , I call and they say House keeping still there n will be around… I leave again And come back at 6 and room still dirty…. I call and April is back on shift. She tell me She don’t know why my room has not been cleaned but she will talk to someone tomorrow.This was annoying as I had been out all days and needed some items. I think it would have been nice for her to ask me if I needed anything but she didn’t so I had to ask her to bring me up some towels.. 9pm now and I still have not received my towels… just to list some other issues : my toilet sounded like it was going to flood every time you flushed it, it woke the whole room. Overall I think the customer service was just lack luster and the experience was not good. Do not recommend.

This place was immaculate. The hotel was clean, room was so spacious/very clean. Bed was soft and comfy. Location is ideal. Great service. Nice breakfast, everything was seriously great. The best part was the front desk assistant, April. She was AMAZING. Literally anything we needed, she was our girl. She was so kind, helpful, and friendly. We talked for a good bit and I loved her personality. She made check in SO easy. She literally made this trip. I highly recommend.

Me cobraron 50 dolares de mas en mi tarjeta sin razon aparente, me llama la atención que un hotel de ese precio no te ofrezca agua de cortesía en las habitaciones. Excelente ubicación

La ubicación y habitación muy buenas, Sin embargo, no nos informaron que no habría limpieza de la habitación al momento de hacer la reserva o al momento de hacer check in.

Excelentes habitaciones. Muy completas con refri, lavaplatos, cocina y utensilios. El desayuno incluido esta practico pero de muy buena calidad.

Buena ubicación, pobre atención al los huéspedes.Personal poco atento, no hablan español, hotel con problemas de mantenimiento, cargo de estacionamiento excesivo 19 USD por noche.

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación es cómoda y a un buen precio, el desayuno que ofrecen es razonable. Les recomiendo proporcionar caja de seguridad en las habitaciones, la nuestra no tenía y es muy útil.

La ubicación es PERFECTA, el hotel cumple con su función. No se emocionen mucho con el desayuno que sinceramente no vale la pena. Tuvimos problema con el colchón del sofá la primera noche y para la segunda, nos ayudaron a corregirlo. Si lo recomiendo solo no recomiendo hacer reservaciones triples porque tienen que cambiar los colchones de los sofás y por COVID no saben cuando será eso y de verdad los que tienen disponibles están para llorar. En general la experiencia fue buena, el personal super atento y había café disponible 24 hrs cosa que para mi estuvo espectacular.

Las suites son cómodas, amplias y bien equipadas. El baño limpio, grande y con todas las comodidades. El servicio de desayuno es variado. Recomendable, pues se encuentra muy cerca a Galleria.

I felt unappreciated as Hilton’s Honors gold member, unappreciated as a returning customer and unappreciated as a guest for at least two weeks. Elevators smelt of mildew and pets, breakfast timings...

Location of Homewood Suiten is very good. Room is old and tired despite being ‘remodeled’ recently. Bed is quite ok. Parking is good. Breakfast really pathetic. Not sure this is a very safe hotel...

They had renovation’s going on but the place smelled horrible , there was roaches in the king room terrible terrible overall, wont stay here again. Dont stay in this place unless its by yourself...
