Exceptional, one of the best experiences I've ever had. It's elegant, the staff, not only are amazingly friendly but also are supportive. A special thanks to Mr. Veda for his fantastic support. This place will be my first choice from now. Make sure to taste the Chess restaurant's Pizza 🍕.

Even though we arrived early, Mr. Halil and Mr. Kaan kindly and quickly helped us check in the hotel. Hotel was super clean and swimming was fabulous! Staffs were really kind and professional!! There is a mall within walking distance. I definitely will stay again when I visit in Istanbul.

I have been in so many hotels around the world. This hotel is definitely one of the best hotels. The location close to many restaurants and shopping mall area. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast is my favorite part of the day so many options. CENGIZ was very helpfully and made sure we have everything we need. I will for sure come back to the same hotel.
