“I had a great visit. Phillip was the manager on duty. He was very professional. He texted to make sure that everything was ok with the room. The room was nice. Will come back to Home 2 on my trip to Charlotte.😍.”

“Dirty sheets, excuses, and bad attitudes.
Upon arrival, no one came to the desk for several minutes. After inspecting our room we found that the sheets were not clean! When calling for housekeeping we were told “this is extended stay”. The housekeeping supervisor was sent to our room but the sheets were never changed. We were told to change the sheets ourself.
Hilton was once my favorite brand but now I am very disappointed. I will never stay at this location again. I would advise all others to select a different hotel as there are many in that area.”
