Amamos ficar aqui com minha família por uma semana, ótimas instalações e bela vista! Nós amamos o quão perto estava da cidade para caminhar em qualquer lugar ou até mesmo pegar o ônibus do lado de fora. Definitivamente viria aqui novamente!

Somos um grupo de quatro famílias que se hospedaram neste hotel na semana passada para nossa viagem de férias escolares em Queenstown e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa, excelente atendimento ao cliente, amplo estacionamento para hóspedes (em dois níveis e até mesmo incluindo o estacionamento reservado - verifique com recepção) adorável café da manhã e spa quente! Tem tudo o que esperávamos! A decoração interior não é flash, mas nós realmente não nos importamos, amamos a vista sobre a varanda, que é uma parada de ônibus bem ao lado do hotel, para o aeroporto e para o centro da cidade, ótimo valor para o preço!

Somos un grupo de cuatro familias que nos hospedamos en este hotel la semana pasada para nuestro viaje de vacaciones escolares en Queenstown juntos y hemos tenido una experiencia maravillosa, excelente servicio al cliente, mucho estacionamiento para huéspedes (en dos niveles e incluso incluido el estacionamiento reservado - consulte con la recepción) desayuno encantador y el spa caliente! ¡Tiene todo lo que esperábamos! La decoración interior no es espectacular, pero realmente no nos importa, nos encantan las vistas sobre el balcón, que es una parada de autobús justo al lado del hotel, al aeropuerto y al centro de la ciudad, ¡excelente relación calidad-precio!

Me encantó quedarme aquí con mi familia durante una semana, excelentes instalaciones y hermosas vistas. Nos encantó lo cerca que estaba de la ciudad para caminar a cualquier parte o incluso tomar el autobús en las afueras. ¡Definitivamente vendría aquí de nuevo!

Ran out of oat milk and did not bother to get more - even after days of asking. Breakfast buffet was really limited. Definitely NOT $20 worth! Room cleaning service dis not remove our dirty dishes from the room when servicing. Traffic from the main road kept us up at night. ..really loud and seems the windows/walls did not offer any noice cancellation.

We are a group of four families who stayed in this hotel last week for our school holiday trip in Queenstown together and we have had wonderful experience, excellent customer service, plenty of guest parking (over two levels and even including the reserved parking - check with the reception) lovely breakfast and the hot spa! It has all we expected! The interior deco is not flash but we don't really mind, love the views over the balcony, that is a bus stop right by the hotel, to airport and the town centre, great value for the price!

Loved staying here with my family for a week, great facilities and beautiful view! We loved how close it was to the town to walk anywhere or even catch the bus just outside. Would definitely come here again!

Equipe adorável e uma excelente vista, no entanto, os quartos em que ficamos são muito antigos e desatualizados. Nenhum ar-condicionado nos quartos, apenas um pequeno aquecedor de convecção patético que mal tirava o frio. Ficamos felizes por ter ficado apenas uma noite, pois conseguimos um quarto muito melhor em um hotel concorrente, em frente ao lago por um preço muito melhor!

Bom serviço e ambiente tranquilo. Quartos espaçosos, embora o aquecedor precisava ser acionado muito antes de nossa chegada. Nenhum toalheiro aquecido. Jantar e café da manhã delicioso e bom valor para o meu dinheiro. Os assentos do vestíbulo e do bar precisam ser substituídos.

Localização muito prática, curta caminhada até a cidade. Super simpática equipe, fez check-in e check-out uma brisa. Quartos arrumados, limpos e aconchegantes. Teve um problema com o aquecimento, mas foi resolvido rapidamente. Alguns corredores podem ser um pouco confusos, pois nem todos estão em um único prédio. No geral feliz e voltaria

Buen servicio y entorno tranquilo. Amplias habitaciones aunque el calentador necesitaba arrancar mucho antes de nuestra llegada. Sin toallero calefactado. Cena y desayuno delicioso y con una buena relación calidad-precio. Los asientos del vestíbulo y del bar deben reemplazarse.

Personal encantador y una gran vista, sin embargo, las habitaciones en las que nos alojamos son muy viejas y anticuadas. No había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, solo un pequeño y patético calentador de convección que apenas quitaba el frío. Estamos contentos de habernos quedado solo una noche, ya que conseguimos una habitación mucho mejor en un hotel de la competencia, frente al lago por un precio mucho mejor.

Ubicación muy práctica, a un corto paseo de la ciudad. El personal super amable, hizo que el registro de entrada y salida fuera muy sencillo. Habitaciones ordenadas, limpias y cálidas. Tuve un problema con la calefacción, pero se resolvió rápidamente. Algunos pasillos pueden ser un poco confusos, ya que no todos están en un edificio. En general feliz y volvería

Lovely staff and a great view, however the rooms we stayed in are very old and outdated. No air conditioning in the rooms, just a small pathetic convection heater that barely took the chill off. We’re glad we only stayed one night as we got a much nicer room at a competitor hotel, on the lake front for a much much better price!

Good service and quiet surroundings. Spacious rooms though heater needed cranking up far before our arrival. Noheated towel rail.Dinner and breakfast delicious and good value for my money. Foyer and bar seats need replacing.

Very handy location, short walk into town. Super friendly staff, made checking in and out a breeze. Rooms tidy, clean and warm. Did have an issue with heating, but got resolved quickly. Some hallways can be a little confusing, as not all in the one building. Overall happy and would return

Adorei minha estadia no hotel. Vistas deslumbrantes, reserve o seu tempo no spa, pequeno-almoço e o bar da casa é pequeno, mas oferece comida agradável. Eu realmente amei meu quarto que tinha 2 quartos no andar de cima com 2 banheiros e 1 banheiro e sala com cozinha e banheiro e banheiro no andar de baixo. Ambos os pisos têm varanda com vistas deslumbrantes sobre as montanhas e o lago. Perto do centro da cidade e do aeroporto. Tem bastante parqueamento.

Me encantó mi estancia en el hotel. Vistas increíbles, reserve su tiempo en el spa, el desayuno y el bar de la casa es pequeño pero ofrece buena comida. Realmente me encantó mi habitación, que tenía 2 habitaciones arriba con 2 baños y 1 baño y salón con cocina y baño y baño en la planta baja. Ambos pisos tienen balcón para vistas increíbles de las montañas y el lago. Cerca del centro de la ciudad y del aeropuerto. Tiene mucho estacionamiento.

Loved my stay at the hotel. Amazing views, book your time at the spa, breakfast and their in house bar is small but offer nice food. I really loved my room which had 2 rooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet and lounge with kitchen and toilet and bathroom downstairs. Both floors has balcony for amazing views of the mountains and lake. Close to the city centre and airport. Has plenty of parking.
