07/03/2023 Visited here as part of an excursion "Leisurely Vigo Views" and only involved a dining room. I had tea, pineapple juice and an assortment of savoury and sweet sides. The tea tasted different to any tea I've had before but not unpleasant just unusual. The sides were typical Spanish fare and extremely nice.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. I am part of a larger group of people that are staying at the hotel currently and this afternoon I returned to find that the hotel staff had been in my suite and put all of my belongings in my case and left it in reception. I understand that my suite was due to checkout today, although the rest of my party would be staying an additional night, but this is totally unacceptable behavior on the part of the hotel staff. I have no idea if all of my belongings are there, they threw my clothes in the case rather then folding them like any normal human would. Totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, our group is well known to the hotel and we have stayed here in the past without any troubles, but this for sure will be the last time. It is a shame as the property is nice with wonderful views and good food, just the staff and management let it down.

Very nice hotel and great location right on the beach! The rooms are comfy but a little bit on the dark though. The italian restaurant needs to improve its dishes, it is very average.. Anyway, the breakfast and brunch are excellent ! I recommend this place.

Great hotel, good location straight at the beach. Nice breakfast buffet (a bit expensive) You have plenty of parking. Their italian restaurant is not what i expected.. anyway, a nice place to stay.

Elegant hotel with excellent views. The rich decoration of the hotel, the noise of the breeze, the birdsong, the excellent breakfast. Uff! I will be back here again and again definitely! The relaxing massage at the SPA at the hotel remained satisfied. Thank you!

A localização é excelente: ao pé da praia, t quartos com terraço desde os que é possível ver e ouvir o mar. Tem também um excelente restaurante, com muito boa cozinha para ceias, jantares e almoços. Não tão boa é a cafetaria do hotel, que é a responsável do serviço de quartos: a comida não era má mas sim cara, particularmente comparada com a excelência do restaurante. O spa é pequeno e testemunhal, apenas merecedor do nome, mas o pessoal que o atende é muito atencioso. O pessoal do hotel em geral é atencioso, mas o hotel tem uma política pouco proativa com a língua galega: em geral mudam de idioma (a primeira interação é sempre em espanhol) ao falar com eles após umas quantas frases, mas todo está rotulado em espanhol e inglês. A decoração do hotel... É melhoravel. Tem elementos modernos misturados com outros que pretendem ser históricos sem o ser realmente, e o resultado é por vezes medíocre, o que desconcerta num hotel deste nível.

Vista fantástica quarto espaçoso e cama confortável. No entanto qualidade/preço fica um pouco aquém das expectativas. Para um hotel 5 estrelas a piscina deixa muito a desejar, quer pelo tamanho e também por não existir qualquer apoio de bar, se quiser tomar alguma coisa tem que ir molhado pela recepção até ao bar. O facto de o acesso à piscina interior não estar incluído no preço também é um ponto negativo.

Só dei 4 estrela devido ao preço qualidade. De resto tem varandas para a praia boa piscina. Mas para ser 5 * deveria ter outro tipo de luxos...

Un hotel ubicado en primera línea de playa, jardines amplios, terrazas para estar tranquila con un libro, habitaciones amplias y confortables, remodeladas y actuales. El servicio del bar con terraza y vistas. Restaurante italiano calidad precio muy bueno. El trato de todo el personal fue fantástico. Para repetir.

Ubicación de 10. Servicio de 10 y habitaciones de 10. Creo que es TOP3 experiencias en cuanto a hoteles en los que he estado. Tanto en trato como en instalaciones. Habitaciones super amplias con vistas increíbles. Desayuno de 10. La cena (menu degustacion) increíble y el spa genial.Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera huir del día a día disfrutando de unos días de relax.

Acudo al establecimiento a tomar algo con la familia y después de media hora esperando en la terraza nadie nos atiende. Entro y me dicen en recepción que ahora nos atienden. Pasa el tiempo y vuelvo a entrar, al final pido yo las consumiciones en la barra. Sigue pasando el tiempo y no nos traen las consumiciones hasta que mi familiar se levanta y entra en el hotel para pedir explicaciones, la respuesta del camarero es que nos podíamos ir si queríamos. Particularmente opino que muy mal debe estar el mercado laboral para contratar personal maleducado que no sirve para poner cafés ni en el bar de la esquina y que se contrate para un hotel de 5 supuestas estrellas. Viajo bastante por trabajo y conozco infinidad de hoteles a nivel nacional y puedo decir que JAMÁS me ha pasado algo así, ni en hoteles de 3 estrellas. En resumen, LAMENTABLE.

3 estrellas y no 5 por el Spa. El hotel está genial y no tenemos queja ninguna. Muy bonito y el personal súper atento. El Spa no está mal del todo pero el personal, a pesar de que tienen un 10 en amabilidad, cambian constantemente y si pides repetir con esa persona que te hizo un tratamiento que te gustó especialmente, la semana siguiente ya no está. Igual me coincidió a mi, pero es algo que no me gustó.

ESPECTACULAR!! Una amiga me regaló un masaje en este Spa y fue increíble. Me lo dio Raquel y confieso que ha sido uno de los mejores masajes de mi vida. Se nota que sabe mucho y que le gusta dar lo mejor de sí para que sea perfecto. Además, es encantadora. Repetiré sin duda.

Hotel lindo, super confortável e limpo! Piscina gostosa, acesso à praia, funcionários atenciosos, são os destaques positivos. Os pontos negativos: se você quer algo para comer ou beber na piscina, tem q ir ao bar pq os funcionários não saem de lá para atender aos hóspedes. O quarto em que ficamos não tinha isolamento acústico e o barulho que os hóspedes do quarto ao lado faziam incomodou demais. Apesar de sernum hotel 5 estrelas, não havia nada para comer após às 23h. A única alternativa era um "pseudo" room service que servia apenas 2 tipos de petisco: um prato de queijos e um de jamón. Adivinhe o preço? 49 euros!!!! Um absurdo!! É óbvio que nós hotéis os itens são mais caros mas, pagar 50 euros por 150 gramas de embutidos é um pouco demais.

Excellent, luxury hotel with beautiful architecture combining the old (Manor House) with the new (sensitive conversión and extension). Set in beautiful, landscaped grounds with extensive collection of stone coats of arms hence name of hotel. Excellent views of Vigo estuary. Restaurant, bar/cafetería are all worth visiting. Comfortable stay. Friendly & professional staff. The choice of Barcelona, Real Madrid & leading La Liga football teams!

A hotel & SPA which fully deserves its 5 stars rating. Ideal for honeymoon trips as well for a family weekend. - Beautiful ocean views, good beach is very near. - Spacious, comfortable rooms. - Beautiful garden. - Good breakfast. - SPA access, however it's extra paid. - Fast WIFI - Located a bit far from the Vigo center (1hr walking) but it gives a very relaxed vibe. - Very helpful and welcoming service. We even received a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate as a free gift - gracias!The overall experience was way above expectations so I'm sure we'll come back when we are in Vigo again.

Very impressive hotel. Split in two. The old part is a baroque manor made of granite with gorgeous wooden staircases and period furnishings.Function areas and restaurant downstairs with gorgeous granite terrace for breakfast. The new part is faux granite it very nice built with large glass sections making the most of the light. This is where we stayed.Three floors of about 11 rooms each so quite select. Pay for the rooms with views. They look out over the river estuary with spectacular views and have balconies with a couple of chairs and tables. Comfy.You could sit and watch the goings on all day.Balcony caught the late afternoon sun till it set. Romantic. Our room on the top floor was beautiful. New. Spotless. Super king bed. Bathroom with bath/shower and separate shower cubicle and toilet. All beautifully tiled. Fresh towels every day despite hanging ours back up. Good quality soaps etc and robes. Room safe free and pay for mini bar. Discrete with cleaning etc.Staff very friendly and helpful. All spoke reasonable English which is helpful in Galicia.Breakfast selection was good. Fresh eggs will be cooked how you like.Fresh squeezed orange juice. Usual breads cheeses and cold meats. Coffee to order. Always nice. Friendly bar service and like most places reasonable.20€ will buy a very good bottle of albarinho.There is an outdoor pool. Towels free from reception.Pool is nice. Water cold. Not heated.Plenty beds for our visit. Spa downstairs but didn't go.Gardens are beautiful and there's a public beach just outside that you can access via a little path and gate operated by your keycard.Beach is nice but watch out cos you walk across a small park where the locals walk their dogs...Car park is underground and free.Hotel not close to anything in particular. Walk 15mins into Alcabre for a host of cafes and tapas bars open to 1am. Tried a few. Very nice. The locals love them so you should too.View.... Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. You need a car or be happy to live eat and drink there. Very attentive staff and very friendly. In fact they were lovely. Spotless but a few letdowns like a dead bee on a sill on stairs that was there all week. Likewise a dirty mud mark on stairs. Should have been spotted. Concierge a bit too keen to grab your bags. Rated 5 stars but in reality a quality 4 star hotel. Just needs a little more refinement and attention to detail. Close call for us though... Also on this trip stayed in two other "5 star" hotels. Both had a Nespresso machine in the room with pods for 4 cups. That would be such a fantastic added touch. But on the whole a fantastic experience. Highlight is the balcony view. HIGHLY Recommended.

Amazing view, amazing bathroom, really nice bedroom (ohh and the hairdryer really good). The staff could be more toughtful for a 5star hotel. The hotel restaurant deco amazing. The bogavante ricewas really good and the waiter was toughtful. The spa is located outside the hotel so when it's raining you get wet. Not cool.
