“A equipe da recepção foi incrível. Eles estavam acomodando o máximo que podiam depois que a empresa de reservas off-shore estragou completamente nossa reserva de hotel. Depois de ser informado de que teríamos duas camas de casal e uma cama dobrável para acomodar nossa família de 5 pessoas, chegamos a um hotel com apenas camas king-size disponíveis. Embora tivéssemos de nos dividir em vários quartos e incorrer em despesas adicionais, o cavalheiro da recepção fez todo o possível para garantir que estávamos confortáveis.”

“This HGI is becoming dated and needs to be refreshed.Leaks and stains one the ceilings as well as several bugs in the hallway and my room.I usually look forward to staying at Hilton Garden Inn's as there is usually a restaurant service onsite.This site has only a bartender on duty and he is usually too busy entertaining his buddies to help a guest for dinner service.As a longtime diamond member, this hotel experience was a disappointment.”
