Não é a melhor experiência deste Marriott. A equipe foi amigável o suficiente. No entanto, o convidado acima de nós era bastante pesado. Solicitaremos o andar mais alto quando possível na próxima vez. Esse convidado estava ocupado até altas horas e de manhã cedo. O café da manhã não era o melhor, tudo o que eu queria era uma xícara de café e eles estavam fora e demoraram muito para reabastecer, muito decepcionado com isso. TV não funcionou em nosso quarto, interruptor de luz no banheiro parece atenção necessária.

Not the best experience from this Marriott. Staff was friendly enough. However, the guest above us was quite heavy-footed. We will request the highest floor when possible next time. That guest was busy at late hours and early morning. Breakfast was not the best, all I wanted was a cup of coffee and they were out and took a long time for refill to happen, very disappointed with that. TV did not work in our room, light switch in bathroom looks like needed attention.

Piscina aquecida e funcionando. Jacuzzi foi incrível. Enorme e profundo. Obrigado por isso sozinho. 5 estrelas. As camas eram aconchegantes. As TVs oferecem opções de login do Netflix. As opções de café-da-manhã foram incríveis.

O quarto em si era muito bom. O café da manhã foi um desastre. Um hotel que não serve café descafeinado. A salsicha parecia estranha e os ovos estavam em pó. Portanto, agora não temos café, ovos e salsichas que não sejam comestíveis. Então decidimos ir pela rota dos cereais. Apenas 3 cereais oferecidos, Fruit Loops, Honey torrado Cherios, Frosted Flakes. Sem café e apenas cereais açucarados. Marriott chocado seria tão ruim.

Lugar muito bom. As toalhas são um pouco velhas e a pressão da água não era ótima, mas fora isso eu descansei bem. O café da manhã era típico ... não ótimo. Biscoitos em borracha e pequenos ovos engraçados. O waffle do Texas de que gostei ... gostaria que houvesse bacon.

Pool was heated and functioning. Jacuzzi was amazing. Huge and deep. Thank you for that alone. 5 stars. Beds were cozy. Tvs offer Netflix sign in options. Breakfast options were awesome.

Pretty nice place. The towels are a little old and the water pressure wasn’t great but other than that I rested well. The breakfast was typical…not great. Chewy biscuits and funny little eggs. The Texas waffle I liked…wish there was bacon.

The room itself was very nice. The breakfast was a disaster. A hotel that doesn't serve decaffeinated coffee. The sausage looked foreign and the eggs were powdered. So now, we have no coffee, eggs and sausage that are not edible. Then we decided to go the cereal route. Only 3 cereals offered, Fruit Loops, Honey roasted Cherios, Frosted Flakes. No coffee and only sugared cereals. Shocked Marriott would be so bad.

Very disappointing to arrive here and be charged $10 to park my vehicle. This is not a swanky downtown hotel where you might expect that. We asked "do you have security then?" Nope. They just charge you $10 for the privilege of parking near their building. This is a shared parking lot with another hotel and a restaurant. Breakfast is not available til 7am so we'll miss out on that too. No accommodation for early departures. Cost me $200 for a bed and a shower. Never again.

Ao mesmo tempo satisfatório, mas decepcionante. A equipe da recepção foi excelente - doces mulheres jovens amigáveis. Havia um hóspede barulhento acima de nós, então a recepção nos levou para um quarto diferente para que pudéssemos dormir. A propriedade precisa de atualização e uma melhor equipe de limpeza. Todos os lugares que caminhávamos precisavam ser aspirados. Muito decepcionado com a taxa de estacionamento. Gostaria de saber o motivo pelo qual o novo proprietário da franquia decidiu implementar esta política, uma vez que há muito estacionamento e não em algum local de alta demanda no centro da cidade. Ganância é a única coisa que posso inventar. Nós se hospedaram no outro Fairfield Inn em outro estado na noite anterior para 2/3 do preço deste e teve uma experiência muito melhor.

Satisfactory yet disappointing at the same time. Front desk staff was great - sweet friendly young women. There was a noisy guest above us so the front desk moved us to a different room so we could go to sleep. Property needs updating and a better cleaning staff. Everywhere we walked needed to be vacuumed. Very disappointed at the parking fee. I’d like to know the reason the new franchise owner decided to implement this policy since there is plenty of parking and this isn’t in some high demand downtown location. Greed is the only thing I can come up with. We stayed at another Fairfield Inn in another state the night before for 2/3 the price of this one and had a much better experience.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en El Paso. En el pasado tuve malas experiencias con otros hoteles de esta ciudad por el mal estado en el que se encuentran o la falta de limpieza de los mismo. Respecto a este hotel en particular puedo mencionar que las habitaciones son cómodas, el hotel y su mobiliario están nuevos y en excelente estado, el aire acondicionado enfría a la perfección, y la regadera del baño de la habitación tiene un chorro de agua potente. Estoy muy satisfecho con mi elección.
