Wonderful stay, right next to Aventura Mall entrances, you can't any better. 9 min from Sunny Isle beaches, close to freeways. Hotel very clean, nice rooms, amazing service 👌 5☆☆☆☆☆

EDITO: luego de 5 años ver el precio es una locura. Estan pidiendo 400-500 dolares la noche por un hotel sencillo. Es lo que se paga en un resort all inclusive con playa en otro lado. No lo vale ni loco este hotel debiera estar maximo 130 dolares. En mi primer visita estaba algo de 75.No paguen parking, den la vuelta y usen el del aventura mall que es gratis queda a dos metros del parking del hotel. Literalmente me ahorre más de 200 dólares así. El hotel es limpio y el servicio de limpieza es excelente. Tiene cocina que es un gran plus y te hacen las compras ellos si no querés perder tiempo lo que es aún mejor. Tiene lavadora y secarropas por 4$ (2+2) +1 de jabón. Tiene un mercadito abajo para salir del apuro pero no tiene casi nada de cosas. El desayuno es completo para un 3*. La ubicación no es lo mejor yo prefiero Hallandale o Sunny Isles porque de noche Aventura queda sin nada. Ojalá abrieran uno en esas ubicaciones el hotel ERA muy bueno por el precio.

We called to check room sizes they told us the 2bdrms suits were 1 king bed and the second room was 2 queen beds. When we got to our room there were only 2 beds in total. Then they refused to refund us our money because it was within 24hrs of checking in. Even though we just booked it. She said the couch counted as a 3rd bed. $2200- we spent.. and we are now sleeping on the floor.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. The facility is up to date and well maintained. We stayed on the 8th floor and there was very little noise. The housekeeping staff should be commended. Parking is behind a gate in the adjacent lot. There is a nearby Publix if you need to pick up drinks and food. Breakfast was adequate. The Hard Rock Stadium is about 20 minutes away so this is a good location for events over there.

Pessimo!! Quarto sujo. Encontrei uma barata viva no quarto. Roupa de cama velha e rasgada. Travesseiro fedorento. Esse com certeza não volto... fora os 20 dolares para estacionar o carro. Detalhe... no patio, na rua.Não vale o valor pago da diaria!!

Great place to stay if you need lots of local amenities close by. The mall, Publix and CVS are all close by, not to mention food places within the area. The only quirk is that the hotel WiFi is rather slow for 2022 expectations. But I guess it still got the job done.

It was ok as we were told the jacuzzi will be fixed and it wasnt fixed when we were there also the toilet in my room was shaking kid almost fell from it there was also noise where we couldnt sleep 1 night and room was cleaned every 2 days, didnt want to compensate anything .

The room was beautiful. It was a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms are supposed to be cleaned every 2 days. One of us got up late every day so the room not cleaned in the 4days we were there. I know if I had requested them to come up and clean they would have done it. On the bright side, we had everything we needed. The staff greets you every time you walk by. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. You will enjoy your stay.

After a long day of traveling and an error with my check in with a different hotel. I was able to get a reservation on a very short notice. I arrived to the residence inn and was greeted by Ms. Rosemary at the front desk. Our check in was seamless! After I was situated and in my room, I received a courtesy call to ask was I satisfied with the room. I was very much satisfied. I have to say... the thread count on the sheets made for a great nights rest! The breakfast bar was clean, and well kept. I was all set for my conference this morning. I will definitely re-book again when I am in this area. Excellent Staff and Location. Thank you!

El hotel fue completamente renovado en su interior. Estuve hospedado por 11 días por una cirugía y nos dieron un cuarto para discapacitados que tenía todo lo que se necesitaba. No tuve que comprar nada. Estaba localizado cerca de una de las salidas al estacionamiento lo cual era muy ventajoso. Incluso nos prestaban una silla de ruedas cada vez que lo necesitábamos.El personal siempre estuvo atento a ayudar. Aun con las restricciones por el COVID nos hicieron la habitación cada vez que lo solicitamos y el cambio de toallas era a diario.No hay queja y les agradecemos mucho todos los servicios prestados.
