“Las habitaciones eran extremadamente pequeñas y la puerta del baño ni siquiera cerraba. Las luces del ascensor ni siquiera funcionaron durante unos días, y estaba extremadamente oscuro allí. El servicio del hotel es muy lento. Llamamos a alguien para limpiar el baño y tardaron 2 días en venir. El desayuno complementario estaba bien. Éramos miembros diamante de Hilton, lo que significa que podíamos irnos después de las 12. Pero no nos dejaron, diciendo que tenían "falta de personal". “The rooms very extremely small and the bathroom door didn't even lock. The elevator lights weren't even working for a few days, and it was extremely dark in there. The hotel service is so slow. We called in someone to clean the bathroom and they took 2 days to come. The complementary breakfast was ok. We were diamond members of Hilton, which means we could check out after 12. But they wouldn't let us, saying they were "shortstaffed". I've been to a few Hilton hotels before, but this one wasn't as good as those.”
