We made this trip to Houston to care for my sister’s dogs while she is recuperating from a car accident. Everyone here has been extremely helpful whether it was giving us a first floor room close to the lobby or giving directions to areas we weren’t familiar with. We were especially pleased with the delicious breakfasts that were supplied each morning by Geraldin!Her sunny disposition and kinds words each day were greatly appreciated! Todos aqui foram extremamente prestativos, seja nos dando um quarto no primeiro andar perto do saguão ou dando instruções para áreas que não conhecíamos. Ficamos especialmente satisfeitos com os deliciosos cafés da manhã servidos todas as manhãs por Geraldin! Sua disposição ensolarada e palavras gentis todos os dias foram muito apreciadas!

Other than issues with one lady at the front desk we had a good experience. The breakfast was particularly good and Jeraldine is always pleasant and helpful. Pool was out of order for a few days but over all I had no serious issues occur. It’s clean enough and the actual rooms are spacious. Além de problemas com uma senhora na recepção, tivemos uma boa experiência. O café da manhã foi particularmente bom e Jeraldine é sempre agradável e útil. A piscina estava fora de serviço por alguns dias, mas no geral não tive problemas sérios. É limpo o suficiente e os quartos reais são espaçosos.

I stayed in this location for an extended period of time.I did not have one bad experience.The staff were amazing and went well beyond their normal duties on several occasions.Friendly, courteous.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into town.An added bonus is the great variety of restaurants in the area.If you can think of a cuisine there is a restaurant within a few miles for you to visit. The hotel was very clean and cozy but it was the staff that really made our stay great. Renee at the front desk checked us in, she was very friendly and professional. There was an issue with our first room so she moved us to another one; my friend forgot one of his valuables in the first room and miss Renee helped us to retrieve it. We were so relieved. The following day, Tina at the front desk went out of her way to assist me in printing out some important paperwork, she always greeted us with a smile and told us to let her know if ever we needed anything. Geraldine in the kitchen made sure that breakfast was well stocked and that the tables were always clean. The day we checked out, Larry was manning the dining area. The food was also really good and I would like to recognize how welcoming and friendly he is with the guests, especially the kids. He made sure everything was spic and span, and the guests well taken cared of. Thank you, everyone! O hotel era muito limpo e aconchegante, mas foi a equipe que realmente fez a nossa estadia ótima. Renee na recepção nos registrou, ela foi muito simpática e profissional. Houve um problema com o nosso primeiro quarto, então ela nos mudou para outro; meu amigo esqueceu um de seus objetos de valor no primeiro quarto e a senhorita Renee nos ajudou a recuperá-lo. Ficamos tão aliviados. No dia seguinte, a Tina da recepção fez o possível para me ajudar a imprimir alguns papéis importantes, ela sempre nos cumprimentava com um sorriso e nos dizia para avisá-la se precisássemos de alguma coisa. Geraldine na cozinha certificou-se de que o café da manhã fosse bem abastecido e que as mesas estivessem sempre limpas. No dia em que saímos, Larry estava cuidando da área de jantar. A comida também estava muito boa e gostaria de reconhecer o quão acolhedor e simpático ele é com os convidados, principalmente com as crianças. Ele garantiu que tudo estivesse impecável e que os convidados fossem bem cuidados. Obrigado a todos!

For the price, you get what you pay for. Meaning it’s basic but gets the job done. Hotel was clean, my car was safe. I did hear loud talking from the street on the first floor but not the second night. Ac worked amazing. Aesthetic was ok not horrible. The curtains must go. The food was edible but not anything to write home about. I’m booking an Airbnb for my next trip because for these rates I can get more value going that way but this wasn’t horrible it was just ok. Para o preço, você obtém o que você paga. Ou seja, é básico, mas faz o trabalho. Hotel estava limpo, meu carro estava seguro. Ouvi falar alto da rua no primeiro andar, mas não na segunda noite. Ac funcionou incrível. Estética foi ok, não horrível. As cortinas devem ir. A comida era comestível, mas não é nada que escrever. Estou reservando um Airbnb para minha próxima viagem porque, por essas taxas, posso obter mais valor dessa maneira, mas isso não foi horrível, foi apenas ok.

Larry's breakfast was amazing. The grits, sausage, and biscuits were so good. It was like eating a home cooked meal. His hospitality and kindness was above par. We will definitely be back, just to eat the breakfast and hang with Larry. O café da manhã de Larry foi incrível. Os grãos, salsicha e biscoitos eram tão bons. Era como comer uma refeição caseira. Sua hospitalidade e bondade estavam acima do par. Nós definitivamente voltaremos, apenas para comer o café da manhã e sair com Larry.
