“Took my vacation with family. Clean rooms but I specifically booked the room for the indoor pool considering my children. Pool is closed. Very disappointing. Hopefully they have breakfast seeing that the dining area is closed. Maybe update your site saying certain things may be closed.”

“This hotel does not meet normal standards of hotel/room cleanliness let alone following the new adopted Covid standards. The Marriott website states that I should travel with peace of mind and confidence because they have adopted a commitment to cleanliness policy During Covid -19. The Marriott cleanliness council at this location have not ensured that my health and safety has been met.”
