People at front desk always greet you whether you are approaching them or simply walking by, which I appreciate.There are some minor things in the rooms that keeps them from being perfect but I can live with those little annoyances. “I came to stay at the Westin - Memorial for my birthday weekend, and the customer service from some of the staff members were excellent. Specifically, I would like to send praises to a few employees. Danny(front desk manager) and Mario at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly and genuine. Celia was the best bartender I’ve ever met. She was open to making drinks that weren’t on the drink menu. I would definetely recommend staying at this hotel to all of my family and friends!
