Belo hotel, 5 minutos para IAH e cerca de 40 minutos para HOU. Todos na equipe foram educados, profissionais e prestativos. A equipe da recepção foi fantástica! O café da manhã gratuito ofereceu boas opções. (Verifique aquele waffle TX). O quarto era espaçoso, imaculado, limpo e confortável. Obrigado por uma estadia maravilhosa.

Beautiful Hotel, 5 minutes to IAH and about 40 minutes to HOU. Everyone on staff was polite, professional, and helpful. The front desk team was fantastic! The free breakfast offered good options. (Check out that TX waffle). The room was spacious, spotless clean, and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Em geral, a propriedade é normal para uma estadia de uma noite. A propriedade é antiquada, a máquina de gelo é antiga, as portas precisavam de uma nova camada de tinta e os corredores estavam escuros. Os prós de ficar neste hotel é que ele é extremamente próximo ao aeroporto e eles oferecem traslado para o aeroporto. Overall the property is okay for a one night stay. The property is dated, the ice machine is old, the doors could use a fresh coat of paint and the hallways were dark. The pros to staying in this hotel is that it is extremely close to the airport and they offer an airport shuttle. However, the first room we were given had a strong odor, possibly emitting from the carpet. The clerk apologized and promptly moved us. The second room was better however, the bathroom floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned as we found some hair. The bed itself was comfortable however, the pillows went flat. We enjoyed the room layout and the bathroom was rather large. The other thing we noticed, is that there isn't any hand sanitizer throughout the property which we think is imperative to have during a pandemic. There is a bottle of organic hand sanitizer located at the front desk only. However, we didn't really trust it as it didn't contain alcohol and was very runny. So if you are someone who values that bring your own hand sanitizer.

Very nice and updates hotel especially for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my TV and they easgerly moved me to a new room. Both rooms smelled clean with fresh linens.

Lo que me pasó en este hotel no tiene tanto que ver con la gente que trabaja allí, pero de todas formas afectó mi experiencia. Cuando llegué, no funcionaba el WiFi. Me dijeron que lo iban a arreglar dentro de media hora, pero no se arregló esa noche, ni funcionaba en la mañana. Por fin pude usar el internet en la noche cuando regresé. La tarjeta que me dieron para entrar a mi cuarto tenía algo, y tuve que bajar al front desk para que me la arreglaran tres veces porque no abría la puerta.
