“The location of this hotel is excellent, very convenient. The staff at the hotel desk however were among the least service-oriented and actually rude of any Marriott establishment I've stayed at in the last 5-6 years. Maybe its typical of Boston (this was our first visit) maybe its because they have mostly new staffing due to the pandemic? Staff made errors in billing that they were unable to fix and I had to call Marriott customer services to fix. They seemed unable to work with their own computers at the desk.
We stayed five days for a business/family trip and appreciated the walking proximity to many sights in the city. We had a great experience at local restaurants and beaches and at the other nearby hotel hosting the conference event. This Courtyard however seemed particularly inept at just basic daily procedures like checkin/checkout.”

“Good hotel. If u want to just crash at night u can stay here. Clean and good staff. Big Thanks to them for allowing us to checkin early and also store our luggage after checkout so that we could travel hassle free!”
