Reservou um quarto de 3 camas, 2 banheiros, 2 quartos com quase 3 meses de antecedência, completou o check-in on-line no dia anterior à chegada e a reserva foi boa e conforme reservado. Chegamos ao hotel apenas para descobrir que fomos rebaixados para 1 quarto 1 cama e a equipe foi tão pouco profissional que tentou me culpar por escolher o quarto durante o check-in. Em nenhum momento me foi permitido escolher o quarto, em vez disso, o processo de check-in informou que um quarto seria selecionado para mim. Eles finalmente admitiram que selecionaram o quarto e, em vez de me acomodar, tudo o que eles ofereceram foi um rebaixamento por quase o mesmo preço que eu reservei. Desde quando os membros dos diamantes são rebaixados em vez de atualizados. Eu viajo 70% a trabalho e fico exclusivamente nas propriedades Hilton. Este local parece muito bom e eu gostei das primeiras noites. A equipe é muito legal. Mas, o local experimenta muito crime/vandalismo nos finais de semana. Meu caminhão foi arrombado e a recepção me diz que isso acontece quase todas as noites. Tão decepcionante. Eles têm segurança que vem por 10 minutos a cada 2-3 horas. O segurança parou e disse que a polícia talvez não respondesse. Demorou quase 2 horas para a polícia aparecer. Basicamente, salve-se o problema e fique em outro lugar.

Bom se você precisar de algo mais perto do aeroporto O gerente Louis era um homem muito gentil e prestativo que guardava nossas malas em seu escritório e nos permitia deixar o carro estacionado até voltarmos em uma semana. A equipe foi educada, entusiasmada e feliz em ajudar.

El desayuno era bastante bueno también. Bueno, si necesita algo más cerca del aeropuerto. El gerente Louis fue un hombre muy amable y servicial que guardó nuestras maletas en su oficina y nos permitió dejar el automóvil estacionado hasta que regresáramos en una semana. The maintenance is not available 24/7 for Bath room emergency. We had the Toilet clog and no one available from maintenance available to fix it. The receptionist had to do it for me. The were also many roaches in the kitchen area and no one available to take care the issues, and they don’t even have a bug sprays. I’m ver disappointed as diamond member and will never go back to that hotel.

Breakfast was quite a good spread too. Good if you need something closer to the airport The manager Louis was a very kind and helpful man who kept our bags in his office and allowed us to leave the car parked until we returned in a week. Meu grande problema foi que a porta mais distante da porta principal estava quebrada e tinha uma placa para não usá-la. . All the employees were very kind and helpful. The rooms were a little less nice than I would expect at a Homewood suites (we are members and I've stayed at several Homewood suites around the US). My big issue was that the furthest door from the main door was broken and had a sign not to use it. This was the closest door to my room, this made it challenging to get all of our belongs to our room since our room was a considerable distance from other doors.On one occasion I used the stairwell door to go outside since it is next to the broken door. As I exited I noticed several people sitting on the stairs, some on the phone and some on computers. I went through an hour later and they were still there. Another hour later they were still there and one was smoking. I talked to the receptionist and she found out that they were not guests and told them to go. When I walked by a final time they were all outside by a vehicle that was filled with items, blankets, cardboard etc. I moved my vehicle to the very front of the hotel because I was very rattled by the whole situation

La limpieza del cuarto fue terrible: el huésped anterior dejó ropa, comida, suciedad, jabón usado. Obviamente el personal que hizo la limpieza no validó ninguno de estos detalles, incluso las amenidades del cuarto incompletas y usadas así como tampoco papel higiénico. Se notificó esto al área de lobby y no les interesó resolver o dar alguna opción. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el cuarto que me dieron es según lo reservado y el desayuno es básico pero es bueno. El personal de atención en el área del breakfast muy eficiente y amable.
