“First of all great staff. I have been in Dubai 5 times - and this hotel and staff were extra ordinary. From the reception to the rooftop lounge. Especially Anish the day manager. We had a little issue with a misunderstanding and they solved the problem as never seen before. Great people with big hearts. We will never forget you guys. You gave us a lifetime memory. “We stayed at this location for 13 days and it was a good experience. We were celebrating our first year anniversary and they sent us a chocolate cake. It was nice of them. Also they were a local party in November that they mix all the dry fruits and juices together. They invited us to the party on Friday evening and it was fun. Overall it's a good hotel. Also they have a pretty large bathroom with a tub which I liked it.”
