Ficamos 06 dias hospedados nesse hotel e gostamos muito.Os funcionários são sempre atenciosos e prontos para ajudar naquilo que for necessário. Os quartos estão sempre limpos e as camas são ótimas. O café da manhã é bom e está incluído no valor da diária. O hotel está bem localizado, muito próximo da Universal Studios e dispõe deestacionamento gratuíto . Com certeza ficaria nesse hotel novamente.

Impecável!! Hotel lindo e muito bem arrumado e ornado! O quarto é lindo, espaçoso, cheiroso, tem microondas, cafeteira e a cama é super confortável. O café da manhã é farto, com opções típicas americanas. A localização é maravilhosa, bem na Universal Drive.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. We spent 5 nights at this hotel. The location is amazing, close to ICON park, the wheel, Universal studios and many great restaurants. The building needs some reno, but the excellent customer service compensates for that. Moreover, this hotel offers an absolutely amazing breakfast..especially for a breakfast buffet. Overall we had a great experience! We'll definitely come back.

Today we checked out of our hotel and have returned home after our week long vacation to Universal. Our trip was booked on the Universal website and we picked Fairfield Inn & Suites as our hotel, which was on their website as a Universal parter hotel. This hotel shouldn’t be a partner hotel. Our room was absolutely disgusting! The room smelled from a bad mildew smell like there was severe water damage. The ceiling in our room also had signs of water damage and 3/4 of it looked like it had black mold. I also heard that several other guests had the same issue and changing rooms still had the same problem. I knew I didn’t pick a 5 star hotel but this was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve stayed at other Fairfield Inn & Suites before and never had any problems. The other big issue with this hotel is their shuttle service to Universal. They are using Crown. They only have a 9:15 departure from the hotel every day and on top of the they were late every single day so we could not take advantage of our early access to the park. As far as the vehicles they are using, it really made the hotel look even worse as well as Universal allowing this at a partner hotel. They were using very old vans and very old mini bus. Most had no AC and some of the vehicles had check engine lights on, oil lights on, and tire lights on. I had to worry every day that my family would be safe. We will never return to this hotel ever again and suggest you do the same. Stay away from this hotel!

This is a very nice motel and close to Orlando international Airport. We arrived at 1 a.m. and they were very accommodating even at that hour. Exceptional staff.

I had right at this place completely differently the other day however things drastically changed since then and that only their service could also the quality of their accommodations. When I went for a return visit to friends that ran from out of town we were sitting in the room hanging out and I've realized that I saw a bug crawling on the bed but your first I thought was a tick but upon further looking into it was definitely a bed bug that was in Room 217 management claims that they were going to come tonight for my friends living room, stay did supposedly but the all the while giving him an extremely hard time about the whole situation and basically making X so that they no longer wanted to stay there but the idea that they would get upset about us finding bed bugs in their rooms is absolutely absurd I will present video and picture to backup my claims shortly. I now would suggest avoiding staying there with rooms infested with bed bugs

Stayed at the place for one night with my kids. The location of the property is great with few of the parks within 5 miles radius. Room was nice and clean. The washroom was clean too. I found a few toiletries missing and my room phone not working. But bonvoy app came to the rescue and I was able to request via that. The breakfast was good and the refills were prompt. Overall, satisfied with my stay.

No soap and no parking! We arrived late in the evening after spending the day at Universal Studios. There was no parking available in the small lot they had for the property. I was told I could parking in the dirt lot across the street (it was full) or in the alley behind the hotel. Fortunately, I was able to find a spot near a street lamp so the light could provide a little more security. We were all eager to take showers after a long day on amusement rides, but was disappointed there was no soap or shampoo in our room. I thought it was an oversight, so I went to the front desk to ask for some. They said they didn't have any soap; it was on BACKORDER. How can the hotel NOT HAVE SOAP in their guest rooms, especially coming off a pandemic? I later found out they are switching the way they provide soap in rooms. Fine, but in the meantime it is NOT OK to not to provide soap. We skipped the free breakfast the next morning because if the hotel management feels it is OK not to have soap for guests to wash their hands, what else are they OK with.Add to this disaster, the air conditioning unit that sounded like a freight train in our room and a light switch that didn't work in the bathroom. We stay exclusively at Marriott properties, but we will never stay here again.

I locked in at a good price. Rooms are great and as advertised in the photos. AC filters were dirty/dusty though. The parking structure sucks but I loved the view from my room. Enjoyed my stay here overall.

While the hotel staff were generally friendly/helpful and the hotel is conveniently located to the convention center, on the third and final night a live cockroach was discovered in the room. When I notified the front desk, the attendant did not seem surprised, reached for the phone but then asked if I wanted a different room. It felt like nothing was going to be done about the cockroach in that room… I could barely sleep that night despite being in a different room. Will never stay at these again.

The location of the Hotel was pretty good. Walking distance to Icon Park and only 10 minutes from Universal. The staff was very nice when we checked in and checked out. However, once we reached put floor the entire place smelled like mildew and when we walked into our room it had a bad smell, but we weren't sure if it was because of the cleaner they sprayed in there. The breakfast selection was below par. Lastly, the bed was so uncomfortable. We loved the location just wish it was a bit more comfortable to stay at

We spent 5 nights at this hotel. The location is amazing, close to ICON park, the wheel, Universal studios and many great restaurants. Got a lot of hungry mouths to feed for breakfast? Then book a room here. The breakfast spread is what sets it apart from other hotels. Kids, adults, no matter how picky, will find something here. Real scrambled eggs that are piping hot. Pork and turkey sausage patties, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, a mouth-watering selection of pastries and bagels. And did I mention it comes with your room? Coffee, tea, juices...they have thought of it all. This is a moderately priced hotel in the Marriott family and with breakfast thrown in, makes it the best value for your money when visiting Disney or Universal in Orlando. Clean, courteous staff, FREE parking! Unfortunately, tho, the pool area rates a 3. It is not very welcoming or kept up and most of the chairs are broken. That is a detraction from the family fun.

Es bueno para el precio, buena ubicación, puedes cruzar al parque detras caminando, habitacion en buen estado, solo con un poco de olor a humedad, y el desayuno puede mejorar ya que en ocasiones nos indicaron que no habian pan a las 9 am (cosa que es muy facil de conseguir), pero el check in y check out fue super rapido y no tuvimos ningun inconveniente
