“Si quieres dormir en este hotel no olvides comprar tapones para los oídos. En la planta 10 el ruido de la maquinaria del aire acondicionado es insoportable. Bajo a la 1 de la madrugada a quejarme y me dicen que corte la corriente en la habitación. Le indico que tengo el aire acondicionado apagado y me indican que no importa, que corte la corriente y desaparecerá el ruido. Bueno, subo, bajo todos los fusibles y el ruido no desaparece... Leo los comentarios de otros usuarios y veo que este problema lleva tiempo ocurriendo. En definitiva, mal servicio, lo de cortar la corriente una tomadura de pelo. Eso sí, si puedes dormir con ese ruido el hotel está bien situado.”

“The bed was okay. The temperature can’t be adjusted at the room, I informed the staff but they explained that it can’t be fixed. So the room was either hot or cold in March. Great location.”
