“Bad experience this round, when I checked in, they anyhow assigned me a lower grade room from the one I booked, told me I was wrong. I stayed a few times before so I know their room structure well. Then they asked me to check, I told them why u ask ur customer to check when u shld check yourself? Yesterday they did not make up room when I hanged out the make room tag whole morning and afternoon. Until I call them, then they claim they have a schedule. I wondered if their room making schdule is at night?? Haha, this is the last time I will choose this place to stay…”
