“I really enjoy staying here. Parking is convenient, the room is comfortable, and the front desk staff is especially welcoming. They offer a generous assortment of in-room snacks that are a special treat and are supposed to be replenished daily. I mention supposed to because for both of my stays, they were only replenished about half of the days. So, a lovely perk but not consistent.”

“Sou eternamente grato a Melanie e Bridgette (sp). Eu estava com pressa saindo de manhã e esqueci dois toques e meu carregador, e não percebi até que eu estava no aeroporto. Os anéis são da minha avó e, embora não sejam caros, são insubstituíveis e possuem um valor sentimental incrível. Eu estava absolutamente de coração partido e tão preocupado, mas quando liguei para o hotel, Bridgette e Melanie foram simplesmente maravilhosas. Eles me garantiram que a limpeza havia encontrado os itens e que os enviariam para mim. É claro que eu disse que pagaria todos os custos de envio, mas fiquei surpreso que eles nem me cobraram. Recebi tudo em uma semana (até o carregador do meu celular), via UPS, e até tinha sinal para isso.
