“1 star rating on hospitality. Right from the time we booked an airport pick up to our stay and checkout, nothing was looked after. No one came to pick up on arrival at airport. The welcome was not at all warm. Having been asked to seat, we decided to have a coffee at the Cafe where no one seemed to be interested in taking our order. We were just handed over the room key and no one assisted us to the room, and the bags were delivered two hours later when we reminded them. None of the staff seemed interested in helping us out properly. The house keeping was never done on time, and that too was done whenever and untidy. The staff at breakfast was warm and hospitable. We had asked for airport drop the previous night of our checkout and the next day no car was ready neither was anyone aware of it. Total mismanagement and pathetic rude staff we have ever seen in our travel. When the drop off car couldn't be managed, they asked us to take a taxi. No one of the inquiry by us was even met by any courteous staff. The reception and concierge is always busy looking at their computers and God knows what makes them so busy as to they forget they have guests waiting for their reply or help. Really the worst experience we ever had with a hotel was this! There's complete lack of communication between the staff and everyone is self induged.”
