Hotel se recusou a trocar o filtro do ar condicionado. Devido ao ambiente empoeirado, a partir da primeira noite de estadia, tive que ir ao pronto-socorro no meu retorno para casa. Tosse por dois meses por causa dos alérgenos. Sem reembolso, nada. Hilton me deu crédito por outra estadia em um de seus hotéis. Eu não vou ficar em um Hampton Inn nunca mais. Deveria ter pago mais e ficado em um hotel na rua. Você perdeu um cliente.

El hotel se negó a cambiar el filtro del aire acondicionado. Debido al ambiente polvoriento, a partir de la estadía de la primera noche, tuve que ir a la sala de emergencias al regresar a casa. Tos durante dos meses debido a los alérgenos. Sin reembolso, nada. Hilton me dio crédito por otra estadía en uno de sus hoteles. No me alojaré en un Hampton Inn nunca más. Debería haber pagado más y haberme alojado en un hotel al final de la calle. Has perdido un cliente.

Hotel refused to change air conditioner filter. Due to the dusty environment, starting on the first night's stay, I had to go to emergency room on my return home. Coughing for two months because of the allergens. No refund, nothing. Hilton gave me credit for another stay at one of their hotels. I won't be staying at a Hampton Inn ever again. Should've paid more and stayed at a hotel down the street. You've lost a customer.

I was blown away by the level of customer service here. Every single person was so friendly and helpful. Allie was especially sweet and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a bit different every day. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging. We will staying here again next time we visit Front Royal

This hotel does everything right. The check-in/checkout process was friendly, efficient, and smooth. The staff made me feel like they wanted me to stay at their hotel.
The room was clean, comfortable, and no obnoxious odors.
The breakfast was healthy and tasty with options for any normal person.
I make it a point to stay here when I have to spend the night in this area and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Eles cancelaram nossa reserva de várias noites, mesmo depois de eu lhes dizer que chegaríamos tarde e depois foram rudes na chegada. Minha família teve que lutar para encontrar outro lugar para ficar quando chegamos sem ajuda do Hampton Inn. E, ainda por cima, eles lutaram contra nós para obter um reembolso! They canceled our multi-night reservation even after I told them we'd be arriving late and then were rude upon arrival. My family had to scramble to find another place to stay once we arrived with no help from Hampton Inn. And then to top it off they fought us on getting a refund! Stay up the road to the Marriott. They have nice staff who helped us find a bed so last minute.

Nós estávamos preocupados que o nosso quarto 224 ficava de frente para a estrada. Mas tinha uma bela vista de árvores que bloqueavam a visão da estrada. Nós não tivemos um problema com o ruído da estrada. Os números de quartos estranhos em nosso andar na parte de trás do hotel tinham uma bela vista. Eu recomendaria pedir esse quarto. A área da piscina era linda e tinha uma área fofa de deck com cadeiras. Isso seria ótimo para famílias que viajam com crianças. Você pode correr para o Mc Donald's ao lado e dar-lhes um almoço ou jantar no deck traseiro. O café da manhã era bom. Meu único problema foi com os quartos são um pouco datados, mas limpos. A TV da área de fitness não estava funcionando e estava insuportavelmente quente.

Nos preocupaba que nuestra habitación 224 daba a la calle. Pero tenía una hermosa vista de árboles que bloqueaban la vista del camino. No tuvimos ningún problema con el ruido de la carretera. Los números impares de las habitaciones en nuestro piso hacia la parte trasera del hotel tenían una hermosa vista. Recomendaría pedir esa habitación. El área de la piscina era hermosa y tenía una linda área de terraza con sillas. Esto sería genial para familias que viajan con niños. Puedes ir corriendo al Mc Donald's de al lado y darles el almuerzo o la cena en la terraza trasera. El desayuno era bueno. Mi único problema fue que las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas pero limpias. La televisión del gimnasio no funcionaba y hacía un calor insoportable.

We we were concerned that our room 224 faced the road. But it had a beautiful view of trees that blocked the view of the road. We did not have an issue with road noise. The odd room numbers on our floor toward the back of the hotel had a beautiful view. I would recommend asking for that room. The pool area was beautiful and had a cute deck area with chairs. This would be great for families traveling with kids. You can run over to Mc Donald's next door and give them lunch or dinner on the back deck. The breakfast was good. My only issue was with the rooms are a little dated but clean. The fitness area TV was not working and was unbearably hot.
