Such a nice hotel with very friendly staff. You should try the strawberry colada made by Pablo. It’s delicious. The breakfast is amazing as well. The hotel is super clean and cozy.

Good location, good views, nice parking just closed to the rooms. You can go walking to PuertoBanus. There is a Supermarket close to it. We didn’t like any of the kitchen equipment, was outdated, old and scratched. Furniture can have more than 80 years old. You have everything you need, but would be cooler if at least wasn’t that old. Ok place.

Really enjoyable stay, very clean and beautiful hotel, lovely food and helpful reception staff. Beach club hotel staff also great. Would have been 5* but the bar staff were slow and unfriendly so we had to go elsewhere for a drink.

The most incredible wedding. The staff were incredible and so courteous. They went out of their way to make myself and my children welcome. My son has many allergies and they went above and beyond to cater to him and make both children feel included. So impressed and definitely recommend!!!

Pelo segundo ano que passamos férias muito agradáveis neste hotel, muito bem localizado. De realçar os melhoramentos nos quartos e restantes espaços, os quais são de bom gosto. A equipa/staff continua ao melhor nível, educados, solícitos e muito profissionais. O único senão a apontar é o facto de terem passado a permitir a utilização da piscina de adultos por crianças com insufláveis, isto apesar de existir umapiscina própria para crianças.

Hotel tranquilo, ideal para descansar e ir a dois. Tratamento requintado e profissional e boa comida. Pequeno-almoço muito variado e de qualidade. Um 10 para o chef. Alex e Antonio surpreendem com sua proposta gastronômica, tudo certinho e com uma apresentação cuidada. Desejando que fosse hora de comer para ver o que você nos surpreendeu. Fora dos buffets com tudo incluído, repleto de montanhas de comida. Praticamente à la carte. Muito limpo. Quarto muito bom. Para colocar um mas, a falta de mini bar no quarto, apenas 1 garrafa de água que não foi substituída em 3 noites. Ainda com tudo, totalmente recomendado.

Enclave excepcional. Os funcionários são 10 não, de honra, super atenciosos, simpáticos e cordiais em todos os momentos. Sentimo-nos seguros e abrigados ao mesmo tempo, um buffet delicioso e muito variado. A sala espetacular, tudo muito cuidado ao pormenor. Nós amamos ter acesso rápido à praia e à piscina é incrível. Em geral a experiência tem sido muito boa, vamos repetir com certeza :)

Eu moro em Marbella mas alguns amigos meus estavam hospedados e eu estive com eles algumas vezes no hotel. A sua estada foi positiva devido à sua localização, quartos e serviços. De referir ainda o pessoal atencioso, simpático e super profissional do hotel, para o qual não compreendo porque ter que encerrar o hotel neste momento não atende este pessoal que teve de se manifestar porque a empresa não deu ao seu pessoal El Erte. Caso contrário, tudo perfeito.

Hotel tranquilo, ideal para descansar e ir en pareja. Trato exquisito, profesional y comida buenísima. Desayuno muy variado y de calidad. Un 10 para el chef. Alex y Antonio sorprendidos por vuestra propuesta gastronómica, todo en su punto y con una presentación cuidadisima. Deseando q llegara la hora de comer para ver con q nos sorprendíais. Un todo incluido fuera de los buffet llenos de montañas de comida. Prácticamente a la carta . Muy limpio. Habitación muy bien. Por poner un pero, la falta de mini bar en la habitación , tan solo 1 botella de agua q no se repuso en 3 noches. Aún con todo, totalmente recomendable.

yo vivo en Marbella pero estuvieron alojados unos amigos míos y estuve con ellos unas cuantas veces en el hotel. Su estancia fue positiva por su ubicación sus habitaciones y servicios. Cabe destacar también el personal del hotel atento, amable y super profesional por lo cual no entiendo porque al tener que cerrar el hotel de momento no se cuide a este personal que ha tenido que manifestarse porque la empresa no ha dado a su plantilla El Erte. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Enclave excepcional. El staff son de 10 no, de matrícula de honor, súper atentos, simpáticos y cordiales en todo momento. Nos hemos sentido seguros y arropados a la misma vez,Buffet delicioso y muy variado. La habitación espectacular, todo muy cuidado hasta el detalle. Nos encantó tener acceso rápido a playa y la piscina es una pasada. En general la experiencia ha sido enormemente buena, repetiremos seguro :)

Excelente !!!! Melhor recepção com explicações precisas do sistema de funcionamento do hotel , com camareiro que acompanha ao quarto. Boa localização, oferece piscina, toalhas, bar e principalmente o café da manhã maravilhoso com o atendimento gentil do metre. Quarto espaçoso, claro, vista maravilhosa, enfim, dias perfeitos para quem quiser desfrutar do melhor resort e cidade belíssima. Super recomendo.

Nice hotel, good location Renovated refurbished rooms Excellent parking. Excellent breakfast Missing amenities in room for a 4 star is unacceptable: no slippers, no bathrobes, no bathroom amenities. Rooms along the road are noisy, ask for rooms with pool view. Bycicles for rent are expensive : should be included in a 4star hotelservice.

It was a very pleasant stay, the room was a standard double one but really spacious, comfortable enough for 2 people and it was immaculate. The bed was also comfy. The food wasn't anything special, I think that's the only downside of this hotel. The food was often cold, even though it was under the heater. The plates and cups were slightly dirty, it was kind of gross to the touch, I am sorry to say that but that's the truth - the cutlery was always clean luckily. At the buffet dinner Alberto was always smiling to everyone and he really gave 110% into his job, he was really hands down the most attentive person there. I hope the cook called Jesus finds his job that he is really passionate about because this is clearly not his cup of tea ;D a knife fell from his hands and he just picked it up to countinue chopping with that and his bored grimace. Except the thing above, the staff is really nice, friendly and always smiley. The main pool area is too small in my opinion it was always extra crowded even though I stayed off season. That wasn't a huge problem for me because I am more of a beach, than a pool person. Off season.... yeah at the evening in the area nightlife was already dead. There was some live music at the hotel but wasn't much fun. When I visit again - because I certainly will - I would def. come in high season to see how it is. Overall it was a really lovely stay, I can't wait to come back and stay again. It was our first trip there, we checked the whole area and were pleased with our choice, staying at the Iberostar Hotel.

Room #323 The Iberostar in Marbella is a wonderful beachfront hotel with all inclusive choices. The friendly staff are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Sara in particular was very accommodating and friendly staff member. The staff speak multiple languages and are available throughout your stay. Pepe at the reception desk was very helpful in booking day trips as well as car services. I highly recommend the hotel as the food was delicious, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I have stayed in three Iberostar locations and all were great.

The reason I have only given this hotel two star's is because of the staff not the hotel. The hotel is great, and the rooms are fantastic, the staff on the other hand are less than great, on are first day we went for breakfast and they were lots of happy smiling staff, also they asked us to fill out customer satisfaction forms, which we did. But as the week went on, the staff got less and less. When it got to Friday we couldn't find any staff at breakfast what so ever. Even the food got worse. Also the staff ignore "do not disturb" sign's left on the room doors. My wife was trying to have a sleep and a male employee entered the room to fill the mini and asking if she needed any water. Which we found out later that none had been put in the mini bar. When we checked out we knew that we had a couple of items to pay for as you do, But they tried to charge for the water that we hadn't wanted or used, when I queried the bill the gentleman on reception (I use the term gentleman very loosely), got upset that I had asked about it and then kept me waiting while he asked the person who did the mini bars about it, he on the other hand just laughed about. He completely ignored me when I stated the same male had entered my room without permission. I didn't even get an apology. So what I would say is if you like rude staff and rubbish service give this place a try.

Es un muy buen hotel, la atención del personal es muy amable. Y dan consejo e información valiosa para el viajero. Pasamos unos días estupendos en Marbella y pensamos volver. Saliendo por la playa del hotel caminando por el paseo marítimo uno llega en pocos minutos a la famosa y glamorous Playa de Puerto Banus. Lleno de tiendas de marcas famosas y variados restaurantes. Recomiendo este hotel.

This facility, which was recently renovated, offers beautiful rooms, super friendly staff and fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet.During our stay, we never found the main pool and sunbed area to be overly crowded (we were there in July) but there is also a second semi private pool that is accessible only to guests purchasing a specific package.The beach is not directly accessible from the hotel premises but is indeed very close (about 1 minute walking distance) and sunbeds must be rented separately there (16 € / day).Animation was mainly targeted to adult audience and there wasn't any children specific offering (e.g.: playground area, mini club, organized activities by the pool, etc...).As for the neighborhood: there isn't much around the hotel, but Puerto Banús is about 10 minutes walking distance and Marbella is about 15 minutes away by bus (there is a bus stop next to the hotel).

I Fully Recommend This FANTASTIC Hotel - The hotel itself is spotless and beautiful. The rooms are modern spacious and bright. The staff are ALL friendly, especially Judith, Maria & Pepe. They are incredibly helpful and cheerful adding to the stay. Food on the all inclusive is good.I booked this hotel for a large group (100 people) and everything ran better than expected & the hotel handled all requests and helped me to host private parties and meetings etc. in their beach-club and meeting room space.
