“Eu fico neste hotel regularmente, no total já estive aqui 5 vezes. Sempre tenho uma ótima experiência quando venho. Eu gosto das comodidades e do ambiente do hotel - é elegante, mas de uma forma simples e tem tudo o que você precisa, além de um ambiente agradável e confortável. Mas acima de tudo, a equipe aqui é incrivelmente agradável e acolhedora. Eu precisava de alguma flexibilidade no passado em relação aos quartos e horários de check-in e devo dizer que eles sempre foram super prestativos. A última pessoa super prestativa foi Julia na recepção esta manhã, que acomodou um check-in antecipado, gentilmente me ofereceu um café e também conseguiu ser flexível de outras maneiras. Obrigada!”
